Very helpful!

Super knowledgeable on the chat especially since I didn’t really know what I needed and could only half describe my set up but they got me sorted for the right reconditioned dock that works perfectly.

DoA solid state disks

I ordered some solid state disks and at least one of them doesn't work. They were advertised as new. Otherwise excellent service and fast postage.

We tried reaching you on your email to fix this issue, but unfortunately, we didn't get a response. Subsequently, we dispatched 2 SSDs as replacements.

We offer hassle-free 60-day returns for any reason and a 2-year warranty on everything we sell. Please do not hesitate to reach out.

These drives are new and never used. You may check the drives' usage statistics using tools such as HDSentinel and CrystalDiskInfo.

Please verify if the PC you're trying to install supports M.2 NVMe drives as some PCs have the same physical slot, but support M.2. SATA so the drive will not be detected on such systems.

Very good service. Computer arrived very promptly and very well packaged. It is in good condition and works well. I would definitely buy again from this company.
