New British Charcuterie
At Bray Cured we make delicious artisan charcuterie, from local ingredients, on the edge one of UK food's heartlands, Bray in Berkshire.
With a wealth of Great Taste Awards for British charcuterie products, Bray Cured sources quality pork, beef, venison and hogget from exceptional British farms, hunters and shepherds, combining them with exquisite flavour profiles, to produce the finest premium British charcuterie with real provenance.
As well as spectacular charcuterie, Bray Cured offers a range of experiences and gifts, including charcuterie subscriptions and courses, which make the ultimate foodie presents.
Bray Cured was founded in 2021 by Alex, a one-time chef and medieval historian, who left the office and returned to the kitchen to focus on his passion, making charcuterie.
With a growing team and a new factory, everyoe at Bray Cured is committed to bringing you the best New British Charcuterie. We want to be a big part of the vibrant, growing UK charcuterie scene, as we aim to prove that British produce, done right, with sustainability, skill and provenance, is as good as any charcuterie in the world.

The taste!
The taste! Amazing flavours and always a pleasure to receive my monthly subscription pack. The letter that Alex sends out each month with the charcuterie is always and fun and an informative read.
Really looking forward to the Christmas flavours and offers.

Endless Spam
The service given when a mistake weas made on their website was rectified quickly, hence why this cant be one star. The ENDLESS spam with promotions drove me insane in the end. only due to that I wont be using this service again.

Hi. Thanks for taking the time to review. We take all of the reviews we receive seriously, so I looked into this further. Having checked the volume and type of emails you received, I'm satisfied it wasn't 'endless spam'. We send on average one promotional email per week and, of course, all communications include an unsubscribe link.
Should be at the Ritz

I am tired of receiving slices of salami. You started with some little sausages, I had hoped for more variety.

When a man is tired of sliced salami, he is tired of salami subscriptions. I'm really sorry you're not enjoying it, but it's really clear on the website what's in the subscriptions, so this feels harsh. We have tried to reach out to see if we can get it cancelled or altered for you, but we don't seem to be able to connect except via your reviews. Give us a call and we'll see how we can help, if you'd like.
Support local!
Great to support a local business.

Hi Jim. I'm sorry you were unhappy. As we say on the website, we send different products each month so people get to try a range. Having said that, we're more than happy to do requests for anyone that asks. We'll reach out to see if we can find something you'd prefer in future deliveries.
