Bravich Arvostelua 

Bought a sofa, in may. It developed a fault Bargainia which is part of this company refuse to deal with it. They told me it's my fault, this is even though they have never seen it and refuse too. It is still under warranty, avoid this company, you would regret buying from them.

Do not buy this Chesterfield sofa. I am stuck with it. The most uncomfortable seat area ever. Rock hard solid cushion.
It is nice to look at, but absolutely horrendous to sit on🤬

Beyond terrible. Increasingly fed up with this order. Should have been delivered 07:15-09:15 on the 20th. The driver didn't bother coming until 6 hours later at 3:23pm. They were supposed to have called as staff went home at 3 rather than 5 after coming in 2 hours earlier alas no delivery. Promised a phone call and update Thursday evening if not Friday, Saturday and still nothing. If we’d seen this was the delivery parter before ordering we categorically would have avoided and gone elsewhere.

Ordered a rattan furniture set. The cover supplied was not the correct one, it cracked and they refused to replace it.

After a frustrating experience with another company that sent us a mismatched sofa, I decided to try Bravich. I ordered the Victoria 3-Seater Velvet Click Clack Sofa Bed in Green, and everything seemed fine at first. However, upon arrival, it was missing the legs and screws.

Now I’m left trying to reach them, but as it’s after 5 PM, their phone line says they’re assisting other customers. The stress is building again.

It seems to me that ordering furniture in the UK is horrendously difficult—either chairs go missing, the sofa isn't right, or parts are missing. And barely any customer service agents seem to care. Why would they, when they know customers are often stuck dealing with issues on their own?

This is particularly disappointing as I’m finally decorating my home for the first time, and this has turned out to be more difficult than expected.

I’ll update my review based on how Bravich resolves this issue.

Bravich are the best rugs for quality, price and choice. I've bought quite a few of these rugs for various rooms, I find them very hard wearing and the pile is nice and deep. Customer service is also excellent.

I ordered a sofa-bed from the company on Amazon. Return policy was of 30 days and I paid £150.00 for it but within 3-4months time , springs from the Sofas started hurting our backs and it became so uncomfortable to even sit on it let alone use it as a bed. I raised the issue with Amazon as well as the company but no one accepted the issue and denied any resolution.
I would expect some value for money and consideration towards the customer. Hopeless customer service.

We had two Bravich grey faux leather recliner sofas from another company and they are superb quality and so comfy.
Would not hesitate to recommend them.

After a Bravich sofa ordered via another company literally went missing off the back of a lorry, no feedback no exlaination no humans to talk to I decided to ring Bravich direct to see how I could re order the sofa. The customer service staff were lovely (Tash and Lucy) couldn't have been more helpful and supportive. Ordered the sofa to be delivered by Bravich couriers. Today was delivery day had several texts re timing, although I was 40 on the list it arrived within the time slot. The delivery crew struggled to get it in (small bungalow) but we're good humoured about it. The sofa is lovely, even better than I could have hoped for. Well done Bravich for showing how customer services should be

Just purchased 2 black velvet Chesterfield settees from Bravich and we are delighted with them, and the price was amazing. Had to wait a while because one of the original ones was damaged but they did inform us before they delivered it so it saved us a lot of hassle, so the customer service was good and they were well worth the wait. They look great..

I purchased 2 rugs from Bravich through Amazon. After 2months of light usage the rubber edging became separated from the carpet area .
I contacted the supplier to point out the problem. The email I sent them was written in a pleasant and non judgemental manner.
Unfortunately, although they replied promptly and I supplied them with the requested photographs, their customer services insisted that since it was more than 30 days after the purchase they couldn't do anything about the problem.
I pointed out to them what Amazons Legal Warranty said and also what the Consumer Rights act said ( I actually copy/pasted the relevant sections to them ) but they rigidly insisted that they couldn't do anything after 30 days because Amazons rules wouldn't allow them to.
After a few exchanges of emails I then contacted Amazon through an on-line chat. I must say that they where excellent and resolved the issue promptly and a full refund was deposited to my bank account within a week.
Had the suppliers customer services been more helpful the matter could have been easily resolved. As a repair was easy for me to do ( a piece of gaffer tape to the back of the carpet), I would have been happy with a partial refund or a replacement. As it is I have received a full refund and also got to keep the carpets as well. So as the saying goes '' all clouds have a silver lining''.

Took delivery of my 3 and 2 seater sofas today and I’m so happy with them. Looks lovely and very reasonably priced. Bought through Amazon but Bravich customer service was brilliant. Kept up to date on delivery. As they were larger items they were delivered by another company which was equally as good. Highly recommend Bravich.

Poor service order consistently rescheduled awaiting a refund I was told I have to wait until the item is re routed to them. I wouldn't use this company there customer service leave you with little alternative to negotiate and do not offer any other choices. I wouldn't recommend this company

We got our set last year and now using it again this year! And still looks as good as new.
I was surprised to see a negative review from an Inverness customer saying they couldn’t get a delivery? We live in Inverness and we had no problem? Delivery men were excellent and unloaded the big box for us which surprised us how it all fitted in the box?
Excellent set and very very comfortable and very adaptable for following the sun? Would definitely recommend this unit and company? Just a wee update to say our wee unit is still going strong after all these years and still in great condition? 3 years of Scottish weather in the highlands can take its toll? But we have had no problems?

Absolutely in love with the products as well as service i received, I will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends and family!

Ordered 2 small mats via amazon - value £25.94 for both. Received 1 correct, 1 wrong mat. Would normally return via amazon, but note directed me to Bravich itself. 4/2/22 was asked to email details - did so. Asked for label to return. 7/2 no label had appeared so asked to change to collection 2 days later. Had to stay in all day for collection. 15/2 after no further communication phoned again - Bravich finally accepted that I had returned the item and sent out replacement - received replacement on 17/2. So far so good - except that the replacement was similar, but not the same as the original. Nowhere did they state that there could be a difference between 2 mats.
After several very frustrating phone calls I was offered the refund, as long as I either
-stayed in all day again for collection
-or spent more money taking mats to collection point (as long of course they sent me a label - on previous experience that could take a long time)
In all the phone calls I was quoted Bravich’s ‘Policy’ for returns which included checking that the correct item had been returned before despatching a new one - hence the delay. After the hassle, I was no longer prepared to spend any more time or money on this - remember we are talking about less than £26. Nearly 3 weeks later I gave up.
Basically their customer service is very polite, but absolutely useless.
Do not buy from them unless you are prepared for hassle if anything goes awry.

Bravich refused our order on the basis that they could not deliver to highland Scotland despite us not living there. After querying why they considered us off the map they advised that they could not deliver north of Glasgow. What an absolute joke!!! As we saw the product as being right for us we bought from Amazon who delivered without a problem. Well done Amorim - shame on Bravich and their absolute lack of customer care.

The Dalia sofa bed is smaller than state on their website but other than that is fit
for purpose.
