Cannot fault Braun's service!
Easy to navigate the Braun website. I ordered a Braun men's shaver in the sale at a price I couldn't find elsewhere. The item was delivery within 2 working days. Delighted to find that I can register for a 5 year warranty. Cannot fault Braun's service!

Faulty unreliable products, extremely bad consumer care
I have purchased 3 of the Braun CareStyle 7 Pro Steam Generator Steam Irons to date - all within 1 year and they have been terrible. Continously leaking and staining grarments. The first 2 were returned under warranty within the 30 days and was refunded (with a fight) with Braun. Braun informed me this is not a common fault and convinced me it was bad like so I tried 1 last time which the machine worked for approx. 5-6 months fine. Although the exact same fault appeared eventually and I raised the usual complaint / requested a refund as I now just want rid of this unrealiable machine. Albeit it has been over 30 days, my compaint was raised over a month ago with several emails and calls to customer care who purely repeat the script. They're unable to put you through to the escalation team, and the escalation team just ignore escalations. I personally would steer clear of Braun and their products if you want a realible machine and good customer care. Absolutely dreadful and disgraceful. Customer care try their best, however, they have their hands tied, and higher up management purely ignore any kind of escalations. It is impossible to get through to someone who has any kind of authority. Terrible products and customer care, purchase at your own risk

Braun Shop U.K. provided me with a brilliant electric shaver complete with charger and the basic pictorial illustrated leaflet with instructions of usage.Hurrah!goodbye to disposable Bic razors from supermarkets which last at the most for 2 shaves!The only disappointment was that considering the cost of the electric shaver(about £50)they could have included with the package some kind of small carry case to hold the razor and charger to go into a holiday suitcase for protection purposes!

Attempting to buy a new shaver head…
Attempting to buy a new shaver head from someone like Baun should be a simple task, but it took at least two days to find out what part number was required (there was conflicting information on both the web site and instruction manual) and when finally sorted the web site did not list the product until the third attempt. The product should be fine - the web site needs sorting out.

Terrible service, faulty products, and zero accountability
!!(I got a request to review my previous feedback)!!
If you’re thinking of buying directly from Braun Shop UK, do yourself a favour and go to some other brand like Philips, Manscaped etc.
It feels like once they have your money, they couldn’t care less. For a brand that pretends to stand for quality, are all lies. Poor communication, defective products, and a returns process designed to wear you down until you give up.
Save your time, money, and sanity. Buy elsewhere. Braun Shop UK is not worth the risk.

Good product but if you have a return it’s not an easy process
Got a new razor not the cheapest but good quality my last one lasted for 6 years. I ordered the wrong spare foil head and the return is not that easy on their website site it’s as if they want to avoid it. But got there in the end and got a refund end.
