I’ve recently got some handles from…
I’ve recently got some handles from here and they are such lovely quality. However, when I received the handles there was one which seemed to be from a different batch so the colour was slightly different from the rest. However, this was sorted by Jade who has quickly sent me a replacement and was really helpful over email. Would definitely recommend this company and I will be using them again for any future projects.

Lovely drawer handles and great service. Bee handles look and great and are well made. 1 of the screws heads snapped off and they immediately sent me replacements.

Excellent customer service
Very personable experience and good customer service. The product arrived quickly. It is however only compatible with brass bee products and not universal, as I purchased a bee knocker elsewhere and had to buy a mount to fit my door style but the holes don’t line up. I should have just bought everything from brass bees.

You’re absolutely right that our fixings are designed specifically for Brass Bee products, and I’m sorry the holes didn’t line up with the knocker you purchased elsewhere. Different manufacturers use different spacing, which can cause exactly the issue you experienced.

Great product and Fast shipping
Our bee doorstop is light enough to handle and move easily, yet heavy enough to hold open old, heavy doors. It fits in really well in our historic house/event venue. Shipping was prompt.
