Excllent product quality
Excllent product quality. The only difficulty i have experienced is that the screws are very soft, it can make fitting the door knobs difficult as you have to be careful to avoid ruining the screw head.

The Walnut sockets and lightswitches are beautiful and really compliment the Walnut trim and Oak floorboards in our house.
Even better for me was that one of the sockets had a manufacturing defect. A very quick 2 minute discussion with the helpline and a new one is on the way with priority delivery.

Order two sets of shelving brackets
Order two sets of shelving brackets. Which I need . On there Webb site it did not say that the items are out of stock. They took my money. and I expected and delivered in three to five working days as they say. enquired to there whereabouts after ten days .
Only to receive a email saying Oh there on back order not in stock till early April.
Not good enough for my liking.

We’re sorry to see this review and would like to clarify the situation for anyone reading.
The shelving brackets you ordered were clearly listed as a pre-order item on our website. The product page displays a “Pre-Order Now” button rather than the “Buy It Now” button used for items that are currently in stock. The pre-order status is then shown again during checkout and is also confirmed in the order confirmation email sent after purchase. This means the order was identified as a pre-order at three separate stages of the purchasing process.
We operate this system across our website and have not previously had any confusion from customers regarding pre-order items.
After your order was placed, a number of emails were sent to a member of our team in an aggressive tone. We also contacted you by phone this morning in an attempt to explain the situation and resolve the matter, however the call ended before we were able to assist further.
As a small family-run business, reviews have a real impact on us, so it is important that the facts around the order are clear. In this case, the product’s pre-order status was communicated multiple times during the purchase process.

Beautiful, and stand the test of time!
First of all the brass numbers looked amazing on Etsy, the ordering process was really easy, very easy to choose what numbers you want and in which style/colour. They arrived promptly and when I opened the box I was so pleased they were exactly as advertised and really good quality! I actually bought them a couple of months before getting the keys to my new house so I had to just keep them stored but now they’re up they’re perfect!
They’ve been up for two years now and still just as lovely as the day I bought them, deffo recommend!
