I thought you did a good job , you could have been more informational in the beginning I had money going out with no communication but got better as we went

Process went smoothly, everyone is very helpful and super nice.

This company is wonderful they keep me up dated on all my bills.

The company is always working for me. Any questions I have they’re there for me. Their communication with me is excellent.

Nothing has been done to settle my credit issues and I am 6 months in. very disappointed.

Don’t let the 1 star fool you, I am giving them one star because I have to in order to write this review.
One, do yourself a favor and stop making payment write away cut your losses short and move on. Contact the credit companies you owe money directly and explain your situation to them. Most of them are willing to work with you directly. I paid nearly 2300 to this firm for a good 4 months, I didn’t receive any settlement, nor an update, the only time I heard from them was when my payment was due. I called them, they would lie and tell me the lawyer would only call me once they get a settlement from my creditors which seems to never arrive. I decided to handle my creditors directly and they all settled me with amounts way less than the firm had projected. This made me realize that this firm knows exactly what they are doing, they are preying on vulnerable folks just to pay themselves, they have no intention of helping and everyone should stay away from them. I feel so dumb for falling victim of this scheme. Please don’t be the next sucker for these folks. As for the Brandon Ellis firm May karma visit you and your entire lineage for the headache you have put people through.

Everytime I have a question it is quickly answered.

I was duped!!! I believed I was being Helped by this group.! It took two months to even get a copy of the “contract” I had to sign without time to read. Four months with them, I paid $2700+. My credit score plummeted based on their advice not to pay a large bank. 799 to 604. They did nothing. No contact to banks or me. My lawyer advised me to leave & I was entitled to a refund. I only received $384 back. Trying to talk with their rep is a joke. Never available!
I am so disappointed in myself for trusting them. I am now working to rebuild my credit score which never had a problem before!!! Stay away from this group! Their promises mean nothing.
