Brandmark Agencies Arvostelua

Absolutely stunned by the level of service here. Such a rarity in 2026. Truly, truly excellent customer care.
Repairs carried out free of charge (the product is 7 years old!) and delivered directly back to my home.
Honestly, I'm shocked that a company can still care about customers like this.
I really love Secrid wallets however and I have purchased a further 4 over the years as gifts for my best man and family.
Thanks Lee

Mark

Lee repaired my Secrid wallet and got it back to me as fast as possible. He even threw in a location tracking card for free, as I had been charged a lot for the postage, which I really appreciate.

Brandmark Agencies provided a courteous, no quibble guarantee repair service for my Secrid Card Wallet. Its almost unknown to find a company who has such confidence in their products that the repair rather than replace their products in order to save our planet. Well done.

Another amazing service from this company, highly recommend them, thanks for a very quick turnaround on the second wallet we sent you in, Sarah did a fantastic job, highly recommended, thanks ver much
