I had a fault with a set of adjustable dumbbells which I honestly thought was out of scope for repairs.

Not only did Sultan deal with my query politely and quickly, they provided the replacement part at no cost to myself.

I ordered the 40kg dumbbells and stand and they came as advertised. I did have an issue with one of the dumbbells and a part on the stand. I spoke to Braingain customer services who were great. The advisor I spoke to Sultan got everything I needed sorted very quickly and I am very happy with the purchase.

While the items they manufacture and sell cannot be said to be unexpensive, they still offer excellent value for money thanks to their unparalleled quality. Their adjustable dumbbells operate with the smoothness and precision of a watch; they're robust, sturdy and as comfortable to use as any ordinary fixed weight dumbell, without annoying protruding parts.

It's also worth mentioning their aftersale service.I contacted them because I had a question about the way the dumbbells work, and they responded very effectively and efficiently, clearing up all my questions in just a few emails. Thank you, Hassan, for your kind assistance!

The dumbbells are great. The mechanism is working perfectly. The weight can easily be ajusted in a few seconds. The dumbbells have good grip and are perfect for home workouts.

There were some shipping problems in the beginning (caused by the shipping company). Thanks to Zain from customer support for the competent and friendly help. In the end all arrived well.

Purchased the 36kg Adjustable dumbells over a year ago and they have been perfect until a couple of weeks ago. One of the handles would not unlock.

I contacted customer service and received immediate support from Sultan. A new handle was delivered within a few days.

I had an issue where some of the IF plates didn’t fit properly, so I contacted support. Sultan helped me sort it out and we figured out the problem together. He was really helpful and made the whole process easy.

A replacement for the damaged plates was sent quickly afterwards. Big thanks to Sultan for the great support.

ich wollte mich mal vorab für die Zusendung des Erweiterungssets bedanken. Es hat alles super geklappt. Auch die Passform zwischen Gen 3 und Gen 4 passt perfekt.

Ich trainiere bereits seit etwa zwei Jahren mit den Hanteln Gen 3 und bin äußerst zufrieden.

Mir persönlich gefällt der Griff von Gen 3 besser. Durch den größeren Durchmesser (37mm) kann man die Unterarme und die Griffkraft besser trainieren. Weiters finde ich die gröbere Rändelung des Griffsstückes gelungener, da der Griff dadurch besser in der Hand sitzt. Das sollte keine Kritik sein, sondern meine persönliche Meinung.
Die Hanteln sind jedoch echt Top!

Ordered some adjustable dumbbells these were a good price compared to other brands delivery was quick and well packaged have used them a couple of times since receiving. To adjust the weight is very easy and they seem sturdy and not to bulky compared to some other brands huge space saver and easy than having to switch plates over all the time. great addition to my home gym will buying from here again for gym equipment
