I can't recommend Bradley Morrell enough, they were fantastic from start to finish with our house purchase. Any questions or worries we had were answered straight away and we were put at ease. Our house purchase was so quick down to them being so efficient with everything.

With the property having a boundary issue it took fifteen months to complete, this was through no fault of ours or Bradley Morrell. It was a frustrating time but Neil guided us through each step of the way keeping us updated and was always quick to reply to any questions we had (there were many!).

Once the sellers solicitor had solved the boundary issue with land registry, Neil and his team made sure all the documents were correct, dealt with our help to buy ISAs, secure a completion date and exchange contracts within two weeks which we were delighted at the speed of.
