Bradfords - Evercreech BBS Arvostelua

No delivery on specified date after I called to confirm in the morning.
Still no call from them
After I called late afternoon they delivered the next day.
No communication, very poor

Ordered the wrong size timber so went into store. They were able to quickly change over the order and even though I arrived 30 mins before closing time they were all happy to jump out and give me a hand loading timbers onto my roof rack. Only issue I’ve had is the post Crete bags. Be sure to check these as a couple had gone off already.

I rented a Makita metal cutting chop saw. It wasn't at the local branch initially but the person handling the tool rentals was extremely helpful and got it delivered to his store. I rented it for one week and needed it for a bit longer which was no problem. I had to purchase my own blade but I knew this up front. Since I needed a blade for cutting stainless, I didn't expect it to be delivered with the saw. The saw was about 4 years old so had seen plenty of use. The base was not very flat but I was able to move the jaws of the vice to a flatter portion so I my cut would be exactly at right angles to the round tube I was cutting. The machine was missing the vice adapter to hold round stock.
I got the job done and overall it was a good experience but I wish the machine had been newer and complete with vice jaw adapter.

My order was dealt with promptly and a delivery time offered in a short period. The delivery driver was extremely helpful and went to trouble to respond to my needs. This was from the evercreech depot.

Great service, quick delivery and delivered when required!
Delivery driver was extremely friendly and helpful!

The staff at the Evercreech depot could be a bit more attentive and do some service with a smile. The place is hostile. Having read your reply, it is a pity you don’t listen to what customers say and acknowledge a problem rather than just reject opinions and pretend all is well. There’s not much point in reviewing service if it is not listened to by the management

Ordered over weekend, had a phone call on Monday to arrange Delivery on Wednesday. Efficient, prompt and courteous.

Great friendly service, good range of stock on quite a large site.

Arrived the next day. Excellent

Ordered my slablayer at 8:15am and at 9 am and a lovely man Knocked at the door with my delivery. I was shocked it was here in the hour let alone the same day.
Thank you so much. Will be using the online website again and getting more delivered.
Superb service. Would highly recommend.

Delivered within a couple of days - perfect!

Helpful, friendly, fast and a good price.

This was my first experience with Bradford's as my usual go-to hardware suppliers were closed. I cannot thank Debbie (I think) enough. She went above and beyond, tracking down my items, arranging for Ian to bring them to the gate and generally being really, really helpful on a day when you were arranging to reopen after covid-19 closure. Ian then passed them over, whilst respecting social distancing and without being weird about it.

Fantastic service from genuinely nice, helpful people. You're a half hour drive from me but I will be back.

Great product, great price, delivery on date. Can't say better. Many thanks will be back for another project.

Dealt with my order efficiently and delivered ontime

Always excellent service from Bradfords Evercreech but last week Ian and the Bossman went out of their way to ensure i got the materials i needed delivered ASAP. Good quality, clean, straight timber lengths and decking, great prices. Wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. Thank you
