I'm sure it would have been fine if my…

I'm sure it would have been fine if my order had arrived. Had a phone call on the monday to say it would be delivered the end of the week ofr beginning of next. Still waiting the following thursday.. a simple call to say it want arriving g or theres a problem would have courteous.
