Software stopped repricing for two days…
Software stopped repricing for two days before I noticed. No alert or warning that Amazon was no longer accepting price updates (a feature they obviously need to add). Still waiting on a solution :(

Amazing program with the best price!
We've been selling on Amazon for over a year and competitors with repricers have changed the game. When we were trying to get on board, we tried ALL, and I mean ALL, of the repricers out there. All of them had free trials so we went with them. Our only criteria was that it didn't knock the prices down too low (because that loses money for everyone) and that I could set min and max based off of ROI. Not many programs will allow you to do that but BQool does! On top of that, they are a fraction of the price for other programs that do the same time! Not to mention their customer service is top notch! Amazing experience and we are loving the program! Thank you, BQool!

I am in love with BQool!!! I have been using it since April of 2018 and it is currently Nov. 2018. My sales have increased so much since I started using this wonderful tool! It is very user friendly and the customer service is excellent... I just wish they were on chat ALL the time, but I understand the time zone difference issue. They usually are there when I need them, and the times they aren't I usually wait till they are, but you can leave a message and they will get back to you. I love it when I am looking at what sold today and a product sells for 10.99,, then the next sale is the same item... not that much later and it now sold for 12.99!! So awesome... I can not watch my 700 plus products that closely. Thanks to all the support staff you are awesome!!

Excellent software! We use both the repricer and the Feedback Central feature. Very happy with both features and price. Best of all, the service!! We have many different kinds of software to help run our business and BQOOL tech support is one of THE BEST support out there. They offer REAL support and solutions to my questions and very fast response rate. High recommended.

Great product and service..... these guys care about making improvements in their product.. and most important, they know what tools we need to increase profit margins .... Unlike Amazon which has been about "sell more...make less"

Excellent repricing solution
Excellent repricing software with great features, attentive support.
This software was put together by somebody who put lots of thought in it. Repricing features are really well thought and you would need to think really hard and even then you may not be bale to come up with repricing scenario it will not be able to follow. You can match some sellers, while undercutting others, you can ignore them or price only against selected. There is also handy feature that protects you against sudden price drops and many, many other things. It is really well thought tool.
Support, which can be an issue with some other companies, is next to none. Swift and spot on.
