BQool is great - so much better than the other Amazon seller tools out there. I sell $20M per year on Amazon so I needed a good solution and BQool has great service.

Excellent customer service and a really useful tool! We're using both the product tracker and email campaign tool. Both have some great features that I've not spotted on other similar tools. Pricing is reasonable and the customer service is excellent! I've contacted BQool with a few queries and Maricel responded very promptly and answered my queries easily. I made a few suggestions and it was great to see that they actually took them on board and are considering implementing them, so I'm really looking forward to this! Maricel also said that they'd contact me when the features were available! Definitely recommend

Bqool provides top notch customer service and they have walked me through the whole setup process for my repricer. It reprices my items to the price I want and gets the buy box. Totally recommend it.

Loving Bqool so far, it’s a repricer that reprices constantly with the 5 minute repricing speed. Whenever I update my listing or inventory, Bqool is able to sync my data within minutes. I am repricing across multiple marketplaces that include EU and NA. I recommend Bqool if you want a fast and relaible repricer that supports marketplaces like EU, NA or JP. Thanks to Bqool 5 minute repricing speed, I have increased my overall sales this month by a whooping 35%. Q4 sales will be glorious!

Bqool is unable to repricing on a regular basis. It takes 24 hours for their system to update and give you repricing across UK and EU. It is therefore not recommended that you use Bqool if you want an up to date repricing software. I have lost a lot of sales today due the slow updates of Bqool.

Had some initial miscommunication with support but once we were on the same page, things were resolved quite quickly and software was up and running. Seems to work well but new user...

Jimmy was awesome to work with and was so patient as i was trying to understand a very hard concept (at least for me!)
