The company must have conned shopify to host their scam business. Shopify may do something if you write to them. Best thing is contact your credit card company for a refund. BTW Boxmedium seems to operate from Australia, and pretended to have a UK business over Christmas.

Same thing. I ordered 2 of them and i get none. It pas 2 months and nothing. No answers. The phone number doesn’t exist.

I thought I was pretty savvy with dodgy sites but this one fooled me. No reply to emails, site no longer exists and they have my money.

Scam and Avoid, you won’t get your goods

Scammers, stay well clear. Now they are working with new name.
My order after 40 days still did not arrive, they are not replying email or call.

Can’t even rate them lower than a 1. Over 6 weeks ago I ordered a tree lamp and not only have they ignored ANY of my correspondences but don’t even answer their phone. STEER CLEAR!!!!

Same boat as all of you in that ordered stuff and not received it. I’m with TSB and reported it and the same day I got refunded. Here is what they sent, so I think if you’ve not done yet it’s worth reporting to your bank -

Why did I not read these reviews prior to me giving my money to these scamming bar stewards , I ordered my lamp on 4th January and had an email on the 7th to say it was dispatched and would be delivered within 7 days, no show, chased with about 10 emails and not 1 reply, Do Not buy anything from this site, stay away, how can I go about getting my money back?

Do not go anywhere near this company. Ordered a light, ‘dispatched’ on 6th January and it’s still not arrived. Can’t get hold of them so have had to take it further with my bank, also, had the hassle of having to cancel my bank card to stop them taking anymore money.

I agree with everybody else. This is a scam website. I ordered cherry wood lamps in December 2020. I received an email to say that the order had been dispatched with a tracking number but the tracking number does not work. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered some Nordic corner lamps on the 23rd December and they have not arrived. Messaged support twice no reply rang number and it's currently unavailable. These was a Christmas present for my young child who is in tears over this. Disgusting company... I will be going further with this

This is a scam Company. Ordered a cherry tree light off a Facebook ad took my money and nothing since. I paid by credit card as I was a little suspicious as the price was so good. Cancelled card as they would have my details and the card company are now looking into the transaction. Avoid if they ever appear again.

Like others, I believed this site to be legit.
Customer service has zero communication now.
Its a scam, so steer clear

Tracking number no longer exists and goods never shipped. This is a FRAUD website as all other customers are stating. The only 1 positive review which is listed here is more than likely to be fake too.

Contact details do not exist and no response or update from the merchant.

Goods ordered via Facebook promotions over Xmas and it seems a lot of people have been caught out. The price was too good to be true but with the pandemic assumed prices reduced to sell stock. Sadly it was all BS!

Ordered the cherry wood tree lamp on 6th Jan 21. Nothing has arrived! By looking at other comments it seems alot of people have had the same issue - ITS A SCAM STAY AWAY!

Ordered some LED lights off an advert on Facebook. The offer seemed amazing - was a bit suspicious when I got an e-mail with a tracker option which did not work.

However nothing has arrived, the link for the order no longer works and judging by comments on the website nobody seems to have received what they have paid for!

Have called and get no response and they are not replying to texts or emails.

Have now raised a dispute with my bank who are looking into things for me.

I have ordered some lights from this company and received an Order Number.
I have since used their Track Order but it fails to return any details.
I have tried to contact the company by Telephone, WhatsApp and email but on all accounts the company has failed to respond in any.
I recommend avoiding this company or risk losing your money.
Very disappointing.
