Whole experience was great. The pulls are amazing. I had to contact customer support and they were absolutely amazing.

I like how they do business

They all went above and beyond and replaced my Charizard card that got lost in the mail due to a last-minute address change very amazing people

Initially, I made a mistake and purchased something that I didn't fully know what it was. After explaining to their support team they took the time to recognize the issue and even resolved it beyond my expectations. They have real customer service and aren't dependable on unreliable AI. For this reason alone they have earned my recommendation.

Seems to be very transparent. They also keep a very detailed transaction history that lets you actually view a “replay” of your box. I also had an issue with what I thought was a possible glitch- their customer support was super responsive

Thanks it’s a fun experience

Wonderful customer service. Always there when you need them and super friendly!

They were very helpful for me to understand what all my options were when it came down to order or exchange what I unboxed. Very patient and understanding customer service.

The customer care team really cares about helping you. They are phenomenal. Thank you again to Jake and MJ for getting my issue taken care of quickly.

Ya help me out a lot what is this for it said my delivery was supposed to been yesterday to my address

Well i was given a 5 dollar credit and I opened a $3.62 box and pulled a Pikachu card worth $60. I wi be sending it off to get graded. The people have been amazing to chat with.

Hands down the best mystery box site, EVER. The support staff is incredible and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond for their players. 10/10 recommend for BoxMadness

I have to be honest, I gave it a shot not even knowing if it was ligit, and was very quickly and now I'm hooked. Lola the customer service is excellent and literally will help u with anything u need. Thank u so much

Very cool and real game! Have had nothing but great vibes with it. Pretty good at recouping some coins spent even if you don't hit a really high prize! This game takes me away from life for a while. Kinda feels like going to the Casino! Thanks Boxmadness!

Great experience. Played two different times, thought the first time they were nice but the second time they were great too. Awesome boxes and super quick withdrawals. Customer service very responsive and helpful. Played on many mystery box websites and while these guys are new it seems that they are going above and beyond for their customers. Ill continue playing with them, lets see.

The customer service is great plus the option to be able to withdraw the value of the win on a prepaid card made it all the better!! Im just waiting on my verification to go through and ill be back to let uk if everything falls through.. fingers crossed

Ok so let me tell u how I didnt even get my hopes up because yea right now way I got 4 thousand dollar prize on a .55cent spin.... I took the money value over the item and it literally only took like 10 hours before I got an email it was super easy and quick to provide the verification they needed from me then an hour later I literally have a card with 4 grand on it... me still being the skeptical i am I went to the store and bought a soda just to see if it works....IT DID!! down fall it was unable to be withdrawn into cash but u can still use it anywhere tap is accepted!!! THIS SITE IS LEGIT!! Thanks boxmadness 😊

I was curious but a little nervous. The site was brand new and I wasn’t sure if it was a scam. I put a little money down and tried out a few boxes. I didn’t like the odds on the cheaper boxes and decided to try some of the more expensive using shared battle mode for 1v1. I hit a decent item but only got vouchers due to the battle. Since my balance doubled after the battle, I decided to do some solo box openings. Won a Steelseries Nocta Gen 2 and decided to order it since they don’t have crypto withdrawal yet. I was shocked to get it last night. From order to receiving took only a few days and they delivered it from Amazon. I’ve enjoyed it and will keep playing.
