I wasn't expecting a smartwatch or expensive electronics, and I fully understand that mystery boxes are random. That isn't why I'm disappointed.
My issue is that this is advertised as a "Gifts, Gadgets, Electronics and more – up to 5 Gadgets Per Box." The description and images mention items such as wearable tech, smart home gadgets, speakers, power banks, gaming accessories and other gadgets.
Unfortunately, my box contained no actual gadgets. Instead, it consisted almost entirely of accessories and clearance items, including USB hubs, laptop sleeves, cleaning kits, cable ties, a card reader, organisers and wired earphones. While some of these items are useful, they are accessories, not gadgets.
I contacted customer service to ask whether my box had been packed incorrectly, and they confirmed this was a typical selection and that no error had occurred.
If the product had been advertised as an Accessory Mystery Box, I would have no complaint. However, I purchased a Gadget Mystery Box, and I don't believe the contents reflected the reasonable expectation created by the advertising.
If you're considering buying one, manage your expectations. You may receive useful accessories, but don't assume you'll receive any actual gadgets despite the way the product is marketed.

I bought a replacement Canon lithium battery for my camera. I was shocked that what arrived, although appearing genuine, was manufactured in 2012. Given they have a recommended operational life on 10 years, this "new" product is 4 years beyond the date it should be binned.

Requested a return by email the day the goods arrived - no reply
Requested a return using the contact form on their website - no reply.
I'm now just waiting the 15 days needed for my bank to raise a disputed charge claim so will get my money back in the end under UK consumer protection laws

What a joke, I bought the mystery box and received a box full of junk. Every item was for use with devices no one uses any more and worth about 50p each, no where near the £80 worth of usable electronics and gadgets the description said it was going to be. Old crappy junk that someone couldn't sell in there pound shop 10-15 years ago by the looks of it. That's £50 down the drain. I do not recommend.

Update...I have been informed that Boxed2me is a scam in more ways than one. If you buy anything you will receive discontinued junk items and they will also continue taking money out of your bank account.
My bank have told me that the transaction that took place when I bought the mystery box was a recurring payment. So Boxed2me were obviously planning on taking more money from me at some point.
Thankfully my bank has refunded me the £50 I lost from the Mystery Box not being in any way as described etc and they've also blocked Boxed2me from taking money again and are investigating this issue.

I would suggest NOT buying anything from this website!

Got the mystery box. What a pile of crap. There was actually a scart lead in it. An actual Scart lead. No one has used one of those in the last 10 years. A car phone holder for a discontinued phone, USB b cables. All stuff from at least 5 to 10 years ago. Complete rip off. Do not waste your money.

Re your response, it is not the diverse nature of the products that is the issue, it is that they are all from 5 years ago. I checked and not a single device in my home has a Scart lead. I got 3 pairs of earphones, all of which had cables to plug them in, but no devices with a headphone socket, a car holder for a Samsung phone that Samsung stopped making 2 years ago. Diversity is totally not the issue, the issue is you selling a box of tat for £50, that no one could use anyway as it is all YEARS OUT OF DATE. A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!

Everything went to go well, I got the email notification that it had been dispatched.
Eventually managed to get through to someone and got the confusion all cleared up.

I purchased a Nedis hot water dispenser with adjustable temperature control from Boxed2me as I was having problems with my kettle due to arthritis.
Their customer service is excellent and the hot water dispenser is brilliant and I couldn't be happier and I'd definitely recommend Boxed2me.

Began 1 star, now 3 star review. If they could be bothered to send dispatch email they would have got say 5 star review. Item arrived safe and works well. Build quality is good and very good for price. A bit hefty on postage & packaging but hey it arrived. Not sure if I'd return as they leave you in suspense as you never know what's happening. Hope this company is happier with my edited review.

Outstanding Customer Service
The Kitchen Clock Radio I purchased didnt meet my expectations i.e. insufficiently ergonomic for the use I intended for it in our kitchen.
So I requested a Return and received an immediate response with Return Address etc. and promise of a refund upon receipt of return.
The Return Address I was given was incompatible with my chosen Carrier (cant deliver to a PO Box Address) so I requested and was given an alternative address, It arrived there next working day and I received an immediate acknowledgment and promise of a refund within 2 Working Days - Outstanding

Quick order delivery when i contacted them via email I had a response within the hour,very professional company that I can see

Initial order from Boxed2me was delivered to wrong address by Royal Mail.
As a gesture of goodwill, a replacement was sent to my own address to ensure my friend received the item meant for her.

Shame having to do this but Ordering good , price good ,delivery good but there knowledge of any technical issues is NIL
they cant answer any as they dont have a tech side so if things go wrong your stuck unless they will have the goods back ,a firm with potential been let down by having no knowledge of the things they sell

I recently ordered a reusable coffee filter. As the description says, cheaper and more environmentally friendly than single use paper ones. It arrived in good time, well packaged and in perfect condition. No complaints at all with customer service. However the description says:
"Fits perfectly into any standard filter coffee machine". Unfortunately it doesn't fit my Melitta, despite being the correct size. I decided not to return it as it was not expensive and would not have been worth it after deducting postage both ways. We have been able to "make it work" with some careful heating and cutting of the plastic edge. Melitta owners beware unless you're prepared to do this.

Item never arrived, had to open dispute case via PayPal for full refund.

Great company to order led aluminium channels and diffusers. Listing is detailed with clear and accurate pictures to describe the product. Easy to use site and delivery was on time and well packaged. Really great customer service, I ordered NEDIS window feed-through ethernet cable, and it arrived on time but it didn't really work as expected. I emailed customer service, and they immediately replied back offering to send a replacement. So I would highly suggest this website. But stay away from NEDIS window feed-though ethernet cable

I recently bought a air fryer but I hadn’t noticed that it wasn’t the brand I was wanting (my mistake). I only realised after it was delivered, I emailed the company explaining what had happened and was told to Mail the unit back to them, I did and received a full refund

I have purchased two Nedis air fryers (1as a gift) using this website, when I have called for an update the person I spoke to was very helpful. I have recommended the site to other members on an air fryer Facebook page.

Arrived in good time and acceptably well packaged. The 'Balance Large Number Plate Metal Distressed Antique Look Stylish Coloured Wall Clock 60cm'. Unfortunately, it doesn't work, and I'm having trouble sending it back. No receipt with it. Unhappy.
