Outstanding professionalism and dedication

I am absolutely delighted with my experience at Bowker Preston Chery. From the moment I scheduled an appointment with Rachel Williams to explore the Chery Tiggo 7 Estate, my experience at Bowker Preston Chery was nothing short of exceptional. Rachel's approach was both welcoming and informative, she patiently guided me through every detail of the car, responding to all my queries without hesitation. Her willingness to go the extra mile was evident when the red model I was interested in wasn't available in the showroom. Not only did Rachel offer to take us to the garage where new cars are prepared, but she even used her own vehicle to drive us there, allowing us to see the car through a window, an act well beyond the standard level of service.

Afterwards, Rachel brought us back to the showroom, continuing to answer any lingering questions I had. She efficiently managed all the paperwork, and within a week, my new car was ready for collection. On the day I returned to exchange my old vehicle, Rachel handled the necessary photos and video documentation while I enjoyed a coffee she had kindly prepared for me. Once everything was ready, Rachel presented the keys to my new car and thoroughly explained its features, so all I had to do was customise the mirrors and seat before setting off. She also finalised the sale of my previous car, ensuring every detail was taken care of.

I cannot praise Rachel enough for her outstanding professionalism and dedication. Thanks to her efforts, the entire process was seamless and relaxing there was no pressure or hard sell, just attentive support tailored to my preferences. If you are searching for a trustworthy dealership, Bowker Chery at Preston is truly unrivalled.

The service at CHERY is second to non.

The service at CHERY is second to non.
Sean Williams was our sales person and he gave us an excellent service. I have been back numerous time to ask for help or explanations regarding the technology and he has obliged each time with a smile, nothing was too much trouble. I’m sure I will continue to pop in from time to time for advice, but I know I am welcomed every time without question. Would highly recommend the CHERY team at Preston (Anton, Rachel, Amy and Sean)
