I would leave no stars I could. Ordered 8th December. Emailed 28th December and received a reply saying my order had been flagged as priority. No tracking, no updates and no longer replying to emails. Don't waste your money, this is a scam site.

This store is a SCAM. Buyer beware and do not buy from them. They sent me boots that were not as advertised and felt and looked like cheap felt-like material such as cheap craft store ornaments would be made from. They are charging almost more to "restock" and return than these cheap boots are worth. I will be contacting my bank to file a claim.

This website is a scam! I placed an order and have never received it. Had to block my card as had 3 transactions I didn’t make come out of my account. Sent emails and never had a reply. If it seems to good to be true it usually is. Do not buy anything from this website

Ordered a jumper. Did not receive confirmation of payment or tracking email and no item received. Have sent an email and waiting for a response. Jumper ordered through a company called London elegance, payment taken from this company on statement. Worried I've been scammed. Just want a refund now

I have contacted them several times about my order which I haven't received which I placed on the 24th September and they haven't replied back to me. I have asked for a refund which I haven't received back.So please avoid mestar boutique

This website is a scam !!!! or linked to scammers !!!

My bank rang me up straight after paying online at this website as several other unauthorised transactions took place from my card within minutes.

I also have never received the item I originally ordered on this website.

Placed order. Never received email confirmation. Contacted seller but no response. No product or communication received after one month.

Very poor service when trying to return my parcel I have emailed a number of times and still not had my return confirmation with directions on how to return with label even though the link says approved
