Very dissatisfied, sadly I suspect a scam.
Very dissatisfied so far.
Ordered two small rugs for the bathroom.
The rugs aren’t great quality, the type of thing you’d get in a local market, but at a higher price. The one I opened looks nothing like the image on their website but I decided it would do (just about).
I contacted Boutique Rugs the day after delivery to return part of my order, and ask for a return label and a partial refund. They replied offering me a credit note and saying I could keep the item I didn’t want. Despite saying, ‘no thanks’ and asking again for my money back, they have not told me how to return the unwanted item. I suspect they never will…
