Hi Marion,
We usually do try and carry out local deliveries wherever feasible. Our intention was to deliver this to you by hand and we reached out to you via email to arrange this. It appears that we did not see your response as it was caught in our spam filter and to avoid any delays in you receiving your order, we opted to post this to you via our normal courier. I apologise that I was unable to deliver this by hand on this occasion but will do our best to in the future. I hope you enjoyed your honey and that we see you again soon.
Chris
