At that time bountiful baby made kits so we artists did not need to break down baby dolls.
BB sold kits for $9 to $15
Newer and larger could sell for $18 to $25
Around the time I quit they increased shipping to $14. You can buy zip ties and pay $14 shipping!
Now I see many of the same $15 to $25 kits going for $69!

I see way many people buy Chinese knock offs for half the price and they include the body and eyes!

The company back then was great to work with. No idea how it is now.

I have been buying reborn doll kits and supplies from them for 2 yrs now. I have never had any problems. Their prices are the best. Quality is good. Shipping has been pretty quick witjin a couple days. I will continue to order online.

I alerted Bountiful Baby that I was overcharged. They refused to reverse the charge and cancel my order, or just simply return the small amount that I had been mischarged. All I wanted was an adjustment for what I was overcharged for. They stated that I should return the order myself after it was delivered which would cost me shipping costs both ways.

Terrible customer service. I had alerted them that there was an error in the description regarding a doll I wanted to buy, and told them which doll it was. Instead of telling me that they had the complete doll for sale rather than just a torso (the ad said both torso and full body), they said nothing. I also expressed I was a first time buyer of theirs and that I needed to know which paints to use. No reply, no response, only to tell me they corrected the ad. Acknowledged nothing else, and were very cryptic to me. I sent them a reply and told them they obviously don't want me to buy from them, and they did not reply to that either. I recently also joined their Facebook page and asked them a question, and no reply to that either. Deplorable customer service. They don't care about someone buying from them. I know I won't be. Too bad, there were several I had planned on buying.

Never received an order and am told since it was over 30 days, they dont have "record" of order and basically told me I am out the money.

I love looking at this site hope one day I can buy from them. The kits all look so cute but sadly they all mostly out of stock the kits are pretty cheap too!😍🤪😃

Its a great website, reborn kits look like on the picture and the vinyl is in a good state. Recome buying from here.
