Had to contact bound in relation to an online order. It was very easy to contact them and Ruby was brilliant to deal with.

It was my first time ordering from bound apparel and I was so so excited to be able to get a few of the pieces including the navy tracksuit ! I had ordered a few pairs of leggings too but I ordered the wrong size. I got in contact with ruby and she helped me with exchanging the leggings for a different size. I can not praise her enough ,she got back to my email so quickly, was so lovely and understanding and got the situation sorted so quickly. Big thank you to all the bound team but just wanted to especially thank ruby for all her help and for being so kind ,thank you !

Went to the pop up in the Kilkenny store in Cork absolutely fantastic experience, the girls from Bound were so happy to help, so kind and I got my hands on the navy tracksuit. Absolutely AMAZING quality, this was my first purchase from bound and certainly won't be my last!

I was sent a zippie instead of a hoodie I ordered in the navy restock, I emailed ruby and she had the hoodie sent out straight away and had a return set up for me to send my other one back, the loveliest girls to deal with x

I recently purchased two pairs of joggers for my daughter from the Pop-up and needed to exchange both for a different size. Also purchased leggings and the Grandad Knit all fantastic quality. From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely outstanding. Ruby was fantastic — she followed up with both an email and a phone call, issued a credit note for one pair, and sent out the second pair straight away, all while I was still returning the original items.

I was able to use it for early access to the restock of the navy tracksuit, which was a brilliant touch. Their attention to detail and level of care is genuinely impressive. Customer service is a solid 10/10.

This is a female-owned brand, and it's clear they're passionate about what they do. I also purchased a hoodie from them at Christmas, and after countless washes, it still looks and feels like new — the quality is second to none.

The customer service department is absolutely amazing!! I usually don’t order anything online down to the fear of things not fitting and non responsive services.
I’m not on social media but I happened to see an add for this hoodie on my friends phone, I ran to get it, I was send out the wrong size originally not only did the company go above and beyond to help try resolve this issue but maintain such professional support.
I also got the leggings, they are so comfortable, good quality and even have a pocket at the back to your hold phone in while exercising.
I will be buying more items, not only am I extremely happy with the customer service but I’m delighted with the fabulous clothes. I have been ranting to everyone about the clothes and how loyal the service is !!! 20/10*

I have been ordering from Bound since 2020 and always found them great to deal with. Fast delivery and quick to deal with any order issues. I have always loved the fit and quality. I do think the material has changed in the leggings, they are definitely a thinner material than previous versions. Can’t say I would order again unless they improved the quality.
