Abysmal customer service

Abysmal customer service. Would never use again. My order turned into an absolute headache. One pair of trainers never arrived, communication was appalling, and I was labelled rude and impatient for simply asking legitimate questions. Getting my refund for the returned item was an absolute farce, involving repeated chasing, irrelevant proof of refund and endless back-and-forth. The way this company handled the situation was utterly unprofessional. Having to fight to get your own money back is unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

I apologise to Boundless for a previous…

I apologise to Boundless for a previous review. Completely my error mistaken for another online order where I was sent fake products. The order from Boundless was brilliant and I love my trainers. I cannot apologise enough for my previous error.

Site is fake

I’m still awaiting my 2 tracksuits, I still have not got a reply from the complaint I sent to them. I still have not received a confirmation order to my email. And have not been offered a refund…. my order number is #1554 and the royal mail tracking is MZ557924355GB

This is not a fake order. How dare you even accuse me of this when I spent my hard earned money. I’ve even got proof of my complaint I sent on the 23rd sept from email….. I sent a complaint email too sales.boundlessholdings.co.uk (.=@) my email pilotpskii.gmail.com
