If I could rate this company zero stars I would! I ordered a christmas gift for my husband. I never recieved anything from the company despite being charged. I paid through PayPal who refuses to refund my money and I also attempted to recoup my loss through my bank which also denied a refund. I have tried multiple times and to contact this company through both email and phone calls to no avail.

I would not advise anyone to ever purchase from Boudt.Com. I made a purchase on December 5th and I still have not recieved my product. I had to contact their customer service which is email only. I still have not recieved contact from them after 4 requests. The online tracking that was provided to me was not accurate and showed delivered to a completely different city. I tried to contact the shipper but it was not provided to me. After a month of no resolution and no return communication from Boudt I ended up having to dispute the charges as fraud.

I ordered a tool, they charged my card, they gave me an order # and that was the end of communication and no product was ever delivered, nor was delivery information given to me. The billing company was out of Canada.

this company is a scam do not use them they will take your money, and not deliver the product, i have sent emails to them and get nothing but a run a round they say the logistics are on the way, its been over a month. The product i ordered is made in the USA. The shipping departments travel history is showing the product coming from China. I will report this company to the better business bureau.

Total scam - same thing as the other posts. Declined my card and charge it anyway. Had to file a dispute and have my card reissued.

This is a SCAM site! Ordered a product from them on October 16, 2024 and never received anything. It's now November 30, 2024.

Received a confirmation email. When I still had not heard anything about shipping info, I responded by the same email address on the confirmation. Still no response, I tried to check status on the website but they needed tracking info…which I did not have…glad I used PayPal to pay, I emailed a different address that was provided to PayPal, still no response….PayPal, true to it’s reputation refunded 100% immediately. But stay away from this one

STAY AWAY! I added credit card info, hit submit, and received wrong card error, i verify it's right, hit submit again, now it says wrong expiration date, i check my account and I have a charge that differs from what I was purchasing. I reached out to the company, 1 week later still no response, while receiving messages reminding me I have items in my cart. Definitely a scam. I reported to my bank.

I purchased a tv on November 2, 2024. I have proof in my bank statements. I was charged. I don't have a tv. I'm reporting this website. They took my money & I want it back. I'm contacted my bank. I hope they find who to get my full refund. I need my money.

Money gone for this product. No product after repeated requests. A big scam !!!

Stay away from this website it's a scam. I knew I was in trouble when I received the confirmation email and it was written in Chinese. The product apparently is supposed to be coming from Hong Kong. I also noticed my credit card was charged an additional few dollars due to an international banking fee. I still haven't received the product and the link provided in the confirmation email doesn't work, what a surprise. There's also no telephone number on their website which is highly suspicious. Like I said, stay away and don't let them get your credit card information.

Site not a scam the real site that is it is a clothing store if you read the reviews the one about shoes and clothing all got there items and left positive reviews ones who ordered electronics and other things got scamed cloned site selling products this company doesn't even sell that's why the company comes up I'm search with high rating. Always check to make sure it is the real site.

I ordered from Boudt over 3 weeks ago and had a tracking and order number. I started to contact customer service multiple times regarding my order since I could see it was not shipped. I asked for a full refund and have not heard a word from them. I am reporting this to the FTC. Horrible experience

Never received our package that we ordered weeks ago. We contacted them to figure out when our package was going to come multiple different times, yet they never responded. Stay away from this website.

Made a purchase on October 20th 2024. Never received anything other than a confirmation for the order. Emailed several times without a response. Scam. Beware of purchasing anything on this site. I have to do a dispute with PayPal. Now

scam website, received a email from a bogus website stating my order was received. they attempted to charge my card 3x more then the purchase price and from a international company. Fraud website darkgreenstore.com and boudt.com. i had to cancel my debit card because the company began doing several small charges from 5 bucks to 7 bucks over 15 times. was reported to chase bank fraud dept. not its a Hassel to get a new card and change all my eft for my company

FRAUD: Definitely a scam. Credit card declined when it is perfectly good. Probably just fishing for credit card info. They charged my credit card for something I'd never heard of.

Later: This resulted in the credit card being cancelled and reissued. Complete pain in the ass as a number of subscriptions had to be updated and I couldn't charge at my regular stores for a bit over a week.

Credit card canceled due to scam alert. Transaction to purchase declined due to scam alert. Amount charged different than agreed upon pricing. Forced to get new credit card, waiting to receive new card

Like others have said, this website is clearly a scam. They are listed as a “clothing store” yet they are selling food, drink, and baby items for significantly less than their MSRP rate. It’s a shame that a company like this can continue to display in the top google shopping suggestions despite clearly being a scam.
