I have loved Bosca for years! Recently gave my son-in-law the leather portfolio for his MBA since I had given one to my other son-in-law upon college graduation. I also had gifted them to our two da... Näytä lisää

I love the leather and the design of my Bosca ladies wallet. The problem is that it is so small and so tight - I was assured it will stretch some with time. Now it's 9 months later and I need pliers... Näytä lisää

I have to agree with Brian’s review. BOSCA is an Italian name (I assume) that sells a line called “Old Leather”. Their wallet has a “1911” in it as they have been making leather goods since then (ag... Näytä lisää

Disappointing Return Process
I returned a briefcase and purchased another one which I monogrammed, and though I sent the original one back unharmed, they claimed there was a scratch on it and would not accept it. I never even took the original briefcase out of the dust bag and packing box. Now I am out 2 briefcases and am extremely disappointed in the customer service at Bosca. They would not do anything to help. I have been a lifelong Bosca accessories customer but that ends here.

Vastaus yritykseltä Bosca Leather
It is our policy that only pieces in new, unused condition may be returned. We did review the orders you placed for both briefcases and saw that each order was shipped to different recipients. We also reviewed our documentation for the briefcase that was returned and believe we were in line with our policy. However, we do not want you to be unhappy and if you contact us directly, we can try to work out a compromise.

Speedy shipping and amazing quality
Speedy shipping and amazing quality! Hopefully the wallet lasts over time, but the leather is SO nice. Seems sturdy (double stitching most of the way around the wallet). Can't get over the new leather smell!
