I have been shopping on this website for years, and I can honestly say it's a good and reliable store! Good quality products, and all of my items have arrived intact. The shipping can take a while sometimes, but it's free! So I don't really mind. Everything I've ordered has been as described on the website. I recommend it all the time to my friends and family who are interested in nail art. The few times I have contacted customer service, they have responded in a timely manner.

I have used born pretty products since I started as a nail tech and I still do to this day. They have a variety of Great colours with impressive pigmentation as well as a huge selection of nail art products. I love their stamping plate collection and their stamping polish. It is a great brand to try if you are a beginner or even an advance nail tech.

Since starting nail art a few years ago, I found born pretty products cheap especially for a beginner. Shipping sites take a while of you're ordering from their site so be patient or you can check them out on Amazon. Their products are good quality and reasonably priced.

Отличный магазин с шикарным ассортиментом всего того, что нужно для создания красоты ваших ручек. Замечательное качество, большой выбор оттенков и аксессуаров. Общительный продавец. Неоднократно заказывала у них продукцию и буду это делать снова. 😄

I am a licensed nail technician in the USA. I have been buying from Born Pretty Store for over 7 years and have NEVER had an issue with a product or customer service. Their stamping plates are of excellent quality along with the stamping polishes. I have bought foils, polish, tools, and files/buffers from them and everything has been first rate! I highly recommend them!

Appalling customer service
Keep getting told to wait days and days foe my order to arrive
Ordered 20th November 2020 and still nothing has been received. Told to wait an extra week
Demanded a refund, but they won't issue one. Appalling service will not order again, DO NOT RECOMMEND OR USE

I've had a great experience with BornPrettyStore. I frequently purchase nail supplies because I learned how to do own nails and I can buy reasonably priced items. I've not had too wait too long to receive the items I purchase and if something is damaged, customer service is pretty quick to help solve the problem.

I am a recurring buyer with the Born Pretty store, I’ve fell in love with this company since my first order. They have great products and such a huge variety of different beauty products to chose from, shipping is reasonable and the customer service is outstanding. If you are considering on making a purchase I highly suggest you do so you will not regret your purchase!
