We would like to clarify that our customer support and shipping operations do not operate during weekends, as clearly mentioned on our social media pages. All orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Friday.
If you contacted us over the weekend and did not receive an immediate response, that is the reason. We respond to all our customers, and we have also reached out to you directly via WhatsApp.
Your tracking number will most likely be sent between today and tomorrow. We kindly ask for your patience, as your order is being handled.
There is no need to leave such a comment when we are actively working to assist you. We appreciate your understanding.

Bootsupply review
They had the absolute cheapest price I found, by far. The selection of boots is awesome. The only down side was that it took 2 months to receive them. I will say that during that time they had great, open communication with me. They did provide tracking and even though it took longer than I would have liked we received them in great condition and my daughter was super excited!

Thank you so much for your feedback! ❤️ We sincerely apologize for the long delay. Unfortunately, the boots were out of stock, and we had to wait for the restock. We kept you informed about the situation throughout the process, but we understand that waiting two months was far from ideal.
Since then, we’ve improved our shipping process to ensure customers receive their orders within the 7–12 business days stated on our website.
We’re happy to hear that the boots arrived in great condition and that your daughter was excited to receive them! Thank you for your patience and for choosing BootSupply FC. 🙏⚽
