Il 4 marzo ho ricevuto il pacco contenete il boot bag ordinato sul sito, l'ho aperto e visionandolo meglio non confaceva più alle mie esigenze. Leggendo le politiche di reso, venerdì 7 marzo, ho scritto a Liza per avere il numero di reso e l'indirizzo dove rispedire il pacco,

Riscrivo i giorni 11 e 12 marzo mettendo anche Antony.

Teoricamente, contando la consegna, oggi scade il 14° giorno a mia disposizione per il reso, matematicamente domani è l'ultimo giorno.

Ho modificato la recensione da 1 stella a 5 stelle in quanto l'azienda boot bag mi ha risposto ma avendo un link nella loro email, la mia casella di posta elettronica l'ha messa nello spam e io non me ne sono accorto. Seguendo le loro indicazioni ho fatto il pacco per il reso, l'ho spedito e sono stato rimborsato per intero della somma.
Mi scuso per non aver guardato nella casella dello Spam e contrariamente a quanto scritto nella precedente recensione, ho trovato persone disponibili, comprensive e serie

Restituzione e rimborso del tuo boot-bag non sono un problema. Siamo tranquilli per i 14 giorni.
Come da mia e-mail, restituiscilo all'indirizzo e con il numero di riferimento che Liza ti ha fornito l'11 marzo e risolveremo la questione.
Vorrei anche chiederti di riflettere sulla tua recensione a 1 stella.

Good Luggage Rack BUT trace of vacuum cups
The luggage rack does its job BUT I now have three permanent vacuum cup marks :-(

Herve, sorry to hear about your issues, thanks also for the photos by email - I have replied.
The marks will just be in the clear coat and will polish out with come cutting compound. I understand thats not the point, but they should come out.
If the instruction's are followed fully the Revo-Rack will not leave a trace. We would not sell a product that always damaged customers paint, we would have gone bust years ago.
A damp cloth should be wiped over the area the cups will attach too and the Revo-Rack removed from the car at the end of a days travels.
In 9 years of manufacturing the Revo-Rack,with over 10,000 sold, we have only seen this issue twice. In both cases customers ignored the instruction's and left the Revo-Rack attached to the car for days on end.
I look forward to hearing from you by email regarding the marks and instruction's.

Easy travel with the Revo rack and boot bag
We love our Revo rack and boot bag combo. Just one thing we thought you should know about. There is a flap on the bottom of the boot bag. 3 of the flaps have a tie down strap, and one is just hanging there. The one hanging there constantly flapped in the wind and did eventually make marks in the paint on the trunk lid. We have now cut the flap down and it is not flapping anymore. But the damage is already done. With that said, this system has given us a great way to travel with our 2 seater Pontiac Solstice.

Thanks for taking the time to leave such a comprehensive review.
We had not had this feedback before, but having read your review I can see how it could occur when the boot-bag is used on the Revo-Rack, normally the weight of the contents of the bag should hold the base sling flap down onto the Revo-R
ack frame and prevent flapping.
It is a design tweak we will look into, as the straps on the top of bag where updated but not the base.
Great to hear it did the job and a I hope any marks where light and polished out.

6 day late delivery, no response from company
The product, which eventually turned up 6 days late, is fine. The delivery and customer service are appalling. Charged 12 pounds for delivery and just kept receiving delay notifications from DHL - even on days when we had a scheduled delivery slot (and stayed at home waiting for delivery). I realise this is the fault of DHL not necessarily Boot Bag, but I emailed several times to ask them to locate our parcel and request a delivery refund and never received a reply.

Than you for taking the time to find us on Trust-pilot and leave a review.
I have spent some time investigating the issues you have highlighted.
I can see that you ordered on Monday 19th August at 2.49pm we dispatched the Hatch-bag next day on Tuesday the 20th.
It arrived in Poole not far from you on the 21st and shows and being loaded on the van and then returned to the depot it was re loaded on the 23rd the Friday and again returned to the depot.
With the 26th being a UK bank holiday Monday this obviously delayed things further.
It was delivered at 10.11am on the 27th the Tuesday. So 4 full working days from order
You are correct we did not get the service we paid for from DHL but as you have pointed out that's beyond our control.
We charged you £12.95 for next day shipping the Hatch-bag is is big box at 80x67x10cm and hence it is an expensive parcel to ship with DHL, the shipping price is clearly stated before order.
We could use a cheaper service with EVRI or similar but our customers experience is important to us and over the 16 years we have been shipping items globally we have generally found DHL to be among the most reliable couriers.
I have spoken to Liza and we have looked at her email. We can only see two email’s from you in her inbox and deleted items on the server.
You emailed us on Friday 23rd at 5.15pm and stated that DHL made you aware of the delay and you had a time slot on the Friday mid PM and also on the 23rd at 7.27pm saying you had heard from DHL and they would deliver Tuesday after the bank holiday weekend. You also asked for a full refund if the Hatch-bag did arrive in time for your trip, which it did. So no refund was required.
Liza works 9-5pm Mon-Fri so had unfortunately left the office for the weekend, and did not see either email until the Tuesday morning.
When Liza retuned to the office after the bank holiday weekend she checked the tracking and saw the parcel had been delivered Tuesday AM just in time for your trip on the Wednesday.
This is not an excuse and its a training issue we will address, but she did not feel the need to reply as the Hatch-bag had been delivered and with the bank holiday weekend she had a very full inbox of orders that needed processing ; this diverted her attention.
I have spoken with her and made it clear than every customer email does need a reply even if it a quick ‘ I have checked the tracking and can see DHL have delivered the parcel, great ! - safe trip’
The good news was you got the Hatch-bag in time and it sounds like it did the job.

Boot Rack for my BMW Z3
Boot Rack for my BMW Z3. I saw this advertised when looking for a boot rack. The advert was very convincing - the person fitting the rack onto a Z3 then shaking the whole car. I have now used mine to travel to my house in France with a very heavy case on the boot. The rack performed very well. I "updated" the suction every now and again on the journey, I don't know whether this was necessary. Overall, I am delighted with this product.

Great add on!
We bought the luggage rack in black for our red 2004 Mazda Miata Mazdaspeed. It’s a great fit and so useful! Only complaint is that the bolts that came with the rack did not fit which seemed strange. Easily solved with a trip to the hardware store but annoying.

Cross country trip
Drove from New York to Idaho then onto Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota in my 2024 Mazda mx5 with the Revo Rack. Over 6500 miles Rack stayed planted and never budged. Checked it every time I got gas.
