Problème de livraison
Suite à mes mails (dont certains restés sans réponse) dénonçant un gros soucis de livraison, le responsable de la société a très vite réagit lors de ma première évaluation (1 étoile).
Un second sac m’a été envoyé très rapidement et je pourrai donc l’offrir pour Noël. Merci Monsieur.

Merci beaucoup pour l'avis 4 étoiles. Je vois que le deuxième boot-bag a été livré ce matin à 8h56. Nous l'avons envoyé lors d'un service le lendemain.
Nous continuerons à enquêter sur ce qui est arrivé au premier.
Vous recevrez peut-être le premier sac envoyé le 4 décembre. Si c’est le cas, faites-le-moi savoir.
Désolé pour les tracas et bon à savoir que tout est résolu.

Purchased a "Mazda Miata ND Trunk…
Purchased a "Mazda Miata ND Trunk Luggage Rack : Revo-Rack Black ( Specific Model for ND With Sirius antenna or lip spoiler )", seems sturdy overall. First time I tried to use the straps they broke. I tried to contact the company several times, but radio silence. They did ship fast to the US (Hawaii) which was appreciated.

hi Jason I did reply to your email you sent with the photos back in October and offered you a new set of straps, as we had a faulty batch of clips, in fact I took a set out of the warehouse and they are still on the pile of papers on the rear right of my desk. I did not hear back so assumed it was all sorted.

Best option out there for the Miata
Held up great on a 2000mile roadtrip. Just wish there was some way to either mechanically fasten it down as a failsafe, or have a better indicator of lost suction on the road (even though this never happened)
Far superior fit and finish to the rack from Classic Accessories or Classic Luggage Racks or whatever they call themselves.

A lot of customers manage to postion the cups so they can see the red bands on the plungers in the rear view mirrors, that might give some degree of extra comfort, when using the Revo-Rack. We don't promote this but we do also have a 3x safety margin on the cups.

Easy to fix onto boot of car (MX5 MkIII) well made product…..just managed to fit a golf bag (without clubs) if only they made a bag 200mm longer so I could get nearly a full set of clubs in rather than clob up my boot?

4000km ohne Probleme!
Bestellung, Versand und Zustellung liefen problemlos und der Gepäckträger kam tadellos verpackt früher als erwartet bei uns an.
Die Installation war einfach und problemlos durchzuführen.
Die Qualität der mitgelieferten Verzurrgurte ist mittelmäßig und eine der Plastikösen riss bei der zweiten Benutzung. Die Gurte haben wir dann schnell durch Verzurrgurte mit Metallverschlüssen getauscht.
Der Gepäckträger hält was er verspricht. Wir haben fast 4000km in 15 Tagen zurückgelegt und es gab keinerlei Probleme.
Es ist allerdings ratsam alle 200-300km mal nach den Vakuumpumpen zu schauen da gerade Fahrten durch die Berge und Temperaturunterschiede die Luftdichte beeinflussen können.
Alles in allem 9,5 von 10 Punkten und das auch nur weil ein Verzurrgurt schnell kaputt ging.

Nous sommes tristes d'apprendre cela.
Ce n'est pas normal, nous les vendons depuis 7 ans, plus de 10 000 vendus.
Si les instructions sont suivies et que le Revo-Rack est retiré à la fin d'une journée de voyage, de l'eau sera utilisée lors du montage. Ils ne laissent aucune trace.
Nous n'aurions pas 4,7/5 sur Trustpilot si chaque Revo-Rack laissait des traces.
