I was looking to add more bags to my reservation and I got assistance from a very nice agent who helped me all the way through the process and kept me informed, she was available to me even after when I needed clarity on a few other issues I was facing... Refused my refund even though it was their mistake, they hang up the phone every time I call them.
Just saw your response, checked my account on 2/27/23 and there is no refund.
I have called numerous times and unless I see the money in the account I cannot believe your response.
