This site is a scam

This site is a scam. I typed in RIU hotel in Playa Blanca and they showed me RIU amenities and price and I paid over $600 for 2 nights. When I got to the hotel and showed them the email with the reservation they said it was for Playa Blanca Resort. The price for Playa Blanca Resort is about $105. I tried to call to get my money back but their phone number is only for new reservations.

Anniversary stay

Had a lovely, relaxing night at Pendley Manor. It felt good value with the character of the bar and entrance combined with the swimming pool, gym and delightful peacocks walking everywhere in the grounds. The staff were great, rooms as expected and overall nothing to fault it. Highly recommend.

Scammer with hotel‘s name as URL

This website scammed customers into believing it is a hotel‘s official site. They incorporated the hotel‘s name into their URL. Their price is much higher than hotel‘s prices. Avoid this site like the plague!

The worst experience ever have had.. very hard to get in contact with these people and didn't deal with my issue at all.. and did not even contact the hotel.. they are a parasite on the back of good hotels..

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel, beautiful views from the garden/band stand over the fields.
Staff were welcoming and the room was well equipped and comfortable.
Would love to come and stay again!

Keine Buchungsbestätigung! Keine Rechnung!

Keine Buchungsbestätigung, keine Rechnung und höherer Betrag abgebucht

Ich habe über BookStayGo zwei Zimmer im ibis Hotel in Schwechat gebucht. Der angezeigte Preis betrug 140 Euro pro Zimmer, also insgesamt 280 Euro. Tatsächlich wurden von meiner Debitkarte 367,18 Euro abgebucht – somit 87,18 Euro mehr als erwartet. Eine nachvollziehbare Erklärung für diesen Mehrbetrag habe ich bislang nicht erhalten.

Ich habe weder eine Buchungsbestätigung per E-Mail noch eine Rechnung erhalten. Dass ein Anbieter mit Sitz in den USA Geld abbucht, ohne mir eine Rechnung und eine transparente Aufschlüsselung der Kosten zukommen zu lassen, empfinde ich als eine Frechheit.

Ich erwarte eine ordnungsgemäße Rechnung, eine Erklärung der Preisabweichung und die Rückerstattung des zu viel abgebuchten Betrags. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung kann ich diese Buchungsseite nicht empfehlen.
