I ordered the wainwright pictorial guides and they arrived packaged badly and completely destroyed. It’s a keep sake item so asked for a refund. They offered to send replacement which I agreed to if they could guarantee it would arrive undamaged. It arrived packaged properly this time but still damaged with a big scratch on it. I’ve given up trying to get a refund it’s been weeks of back and forth. Appalling customer service, avoid.

The item was dispatched quickly and arrived safely. Good price and service. Would recommend this seller.

Books were good value and swiftly delivered in excellent condition

Amazing customer service. So pleased with the efficiency and speed! Would highly recommend!

The books arrived on time. Unfortunately there was a problem with completing the full order, but Books4people remedied the problem quickly and without issue.

Arrived on time and as expected, good service thanks!

I've been buying collections of Judge Dredd books from 'Books 4 People' for a few years now. I started out buying them through my Amazon account, and then discovered that the prices and service were even better shopping direct from them. It got to a point for me where the next books in the series weren't available in the bulk packs - but someone at the company clearly saw this, and by the time I was ready to buy the next collection there it was listed on the website (along with the next five book collection after that).

These Judge Dredd graphic novels are published by 'Rebellion publishing' - who are a nightmare to shop with directly. So it is amazing that a company like 'Books 4 People' exist - who are clearly customer focussed and good at it. I only wish they stocked more 'Rebellion' books - which I would more than happily buy from them.

There was a slight difficulty with this order due to the ongoing terrible service from Royal Mail - but 'Books 4 People' were quick to respond to my messages, were very supportive, and helped me chase up the parcel. Thank you.

I haven't received my book. I hadn't been delivered.

I didn’t receive the book, you have refunded my money but that’s not the point you took the order and could not furfill the order!

Huge choice. Excellent value books. Fast, efficient service.

Prompt delivery, reasonable price

Very easy to deal with quick delivery book in perfect condition

Really fast dispatch. Item as described. Overall very happy. Thanks.

The incorrect set of books were sent instead of the ones I ordered. However, what impressed me was the resolution - although I emailed quite late in the day on Friday, I received a response within half an hour, the correct items the next morning and a convenient method of return for me. Anyone can make a mistake and the way my query was handled would definitely not deter me from making further purchases in the future.

Easy and efficient. Books arrived in good condition

I needed my books to arrive really quickly and wanted to call & check the express delivery timescales. I spoke to a lovely helpful lady who offered to ensure my delivery left the warehouse today. Amazing Customer Service! Thank You.

I was thrilled to find the latest edition of the book I had been searching for in this bookstore. Not only did they have it in stock, but their prices were also incredibly reasonable, and the delivery was prompt and accurate. A truly satisfying experience.
