Yrityksen tiedot
Yrityksen kirjoittama
bookotil is a hotel booking service for Algeria, operated by BOOKOTIL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17429366). Every hotel on bookotil has a direct agreement with us — no intermediary and no "on request" bookings. What you see is what the hotel sells: its rooms, its rate and its own cancellation terms. Availability is real, and your booking is confirmed the moment you book, not hours later. Before you pay, you see the all-in price and the exact date until which you can cancel. Card payments are handled by Stripe; your card number never reaches bookotil. On your bank statement the charge shows as BOOKOTIL followed by your booking number. The website and the app speak eleven languages, including English, French and Arabic, so travelers from anywhere can book in their own language. bookotil is run by people who spent more than ten years working with Algerian hotels. We are paid by the hotel, never by you. Need help? We answer by phone and WhatsApp every day from 9:00 to 21:00, and by e-mail at contact@bookotil.com. After every stay we invite the guest to leave a review, good or bad, because honest reviews are how a new name earns trust.

Trustpilot-kokemus
