Utter dismay
After leaving the island of 30 years, I trusted my belongings with bookmyspace. Two years later I am fia lily grounded after travelling and I made enquires about cost of delivery to uk.
They said they will fill in all the forms. They asked me for itinerary. It had been two years and I was thinking of the small items, boxes book clothers etc, and I gave an approx figure of belongings.
The morning arrived and I was shocked to. See that only boxes book and clothes has arrived. I asked where was my book shelves, desk etc.
I got the feed back a.s.a,p, about an initial request I made when I was in jersey a year prior. I asked them to give a bed and desk to charity. During this investigation the office confirmed this with photos to the delivery man on his phone.
The manager disappeared for over 24 hours.I thought how odd and unprofessional.
The owner Ross then declared I had told them to give all my belongings to charity and that him and 4-5 others heard me say this. Ross was not in the building when I visited. It was the first of many deceptions that I received from the owner of the company. He said we I will give you a hundred pounds for good will and that I did a good thing giving my things to charity.
To cut a long story short and very jarring communications with Ross, my mental health was suffering. So I decided to no longer communicate with him and call this as a loss of my sentimental objects and a financial loss that I had to purchase new furniture

DEAR tina , we were very sad to see this review that you have kindly left. But the people need to know that you were stood here and made two very clear piles in front of my team on CCTV of the items you wanted sent to charity - which we did for you. Then you changed your mind and demanded the goods back again, By then it was far too late. In 20 years we have never had this happen. Now you have been nasty and threatening which hasn't been nice. I offered you £100 as a goodwill gesture. I'm sorry if your mental health is not good we did everything you asked us to do.
