Book Instructor Arvostelua

Marzia was so incredible, positive and taught me exactly what I needed for my test. Went through 2 different instructors who were nowhere as good as her. Passed first time with only 4 lessons prior

Answered straight away and helped very well.Sarah was very kind and helpful.

Okay experience, passed after using bookinstruct

Sarah was friendly and professional. Timely response to my queries.

I had a great experience with Book Instructor. Everytime I contacted them, they were quick to respond. They were very helpful in allocating me to an awesome Instructor; Rhiannon Pegge. Rhiannon was patient and very professional, and that made it easy for me to pass my practical test.

I was lost in what was happening after passing my theory I sent an email and within 24 hours got a response telling me all about what’s happening from a lovely lady Olivia much appreciated from her she has been lovely to deal with

As an ADI new to bookinstructor I have found them to be very helpful in answering all of my queries very quickly and I look forward to working with them. It has been Sarah M who has been helping me and I'm very happy with her quick and comprehensive replies, I recommend this company

At the beginning of my lessons I did not have a good experience with the company because it took me a while to realise that I was not booked for test .But thanks to my instructor Colin Basham for making it look even better I recommend him to the company his expertise are excellent.

EXCELLENT TUTORING FROM MR MOHHAMED BAY TO ME. HE TUTORED ME INTO DEVELOPING MY CONFIDENCE IN DRIVING. HE MADE ME BELIEVE IN MYSELF, MY DRIVING SKILL IMPROVED. I WENT FOR MY DRIVING TEST WITH CONFIDENCE AND I PASSED ON MY FIRST TEST. SO PROUD OF MYSELF AND THE GREAT POSITIVE PERSON-CENTRED TUTORING SUPPORT AND TRAINING FROM MR MOHHAMED BAY. I AM EXTREMELY GRATEFUL. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Olivia was dealing with my enquiry and she was very helpful, efficient and very polite and friendly. She emailed me back very quickly and helped me sort my enquiry out so I definitely recommend them :)

I purchased a fast-track driving course reference #1770113301 but have encountered multiple issues from the start. The online portal is not functioning correctly, as I am unable to respond to any messages. I was also provided with a contact number for the instructor, however it continually rang out. I left several messages, none of which have been returned.

Overall, this experience has been extremely unprofessional and unreliable, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received and would like to request a full refund.

Please could someone contact me as soon as possible to resolve this matter.

From booking my driving lessons to driving test my experience with Book Instructor is absolutely incredible & smooth.

Very easy and efficient to get with an instructor and find both a theory test and a practical test. On top of that, the customer service was very kind and helpful, Olivia was able to deal with my issues and fix them quickly, very pleased thanks :)
