Onprofessioneel en onbetrouwbaar: Houdt zich niet aan prijsafsprakenHeel slechte ervaring met Besem Travel. We hadden een complete bootreis geboekt inclusief transfer vanaf ons hotel. De afspraak was duidelijk: betalen bij aankomst voor het afgesproken bedrag. Achteraf kregen we via WhatsApp een bericht dat we ineens €30 extra moesten betalen voor 3 personen. Het excuus was dat hun eigen website niet up-to-date zou zijn. Dat is het probleem van het reisbureau, niet van de klant. Dit voelt als een bewuste valstrik om naderhand meer geld uit je zakken te kloppen. Gelukkig hadden we nog niet betaald en konden we annuleren. Geen aanrader!

This was the very worst experience ever. And I’m very disappointed that Viator is facilitating this terrible provider.

We paid for 2 adults and had a 4 year old and a 9 month old. Of which I provided information about in booking info and request. The booking site has a fee for kids over the age of 6, with no other options for under 6. So we only booked 2 adults and set off. On arrival the disgusting taxi driver which was a woman complained that we were 4, she called the company and they were demanding I pay an addition €100 for the 2 kids. A baby and a toddler, stating it is 4 of us and not 2. I explained the site stated it was over 6 years and infants should seat on lap.

They refused to issue me a refund. The provider on the phone which was a pig to speak too said “ then go back to the hotel we will drop you, and you get not a penny back”. They had my money and the attitude changed. I can sense it was racial prejudice and I don’t over use the RACE CARD but this one was for sure.

The shocking part of it was they refused to drop us back at the hotel. Even though we requested and they confirmed it with us. We were already at the beach so that’s why we decided on a last minute activity, but asked to be dropped back to our hotel. Bear in mind all the activities include pick up and drop off from hotels. This woman who suppose to have a womb just left us in the middle of no where with a baby and child.

The staff at the grounds (photographer) was the only one who had some compassion and respect towards us and tried to make some sense of the nonsense.

Reasonable prices and best local guides we had during Antalya city tour

Absolutely terrible service. First when we arrive they seemd hesitant to take card as payment, because of taxes. They even said it in their language and thought we couldnt understand. Secondly they threaten to not drive us back if we didnt drive their atv's properly. Threats before we even started. In the listing on bookfromlocals they said you'd be able to swim in the break time, but no. There is no place to swim anything other than their little scam camp trying to sell us drinks and ice cream. Sat there for 10 minutes and we drove again. Third their service is horrible. Just terrible experience overall.

Everything was terrible. We didn't see anything from Bursa. Our guide didn't give any information. The main goal of this trip was to take the tourist from shop to shop to spend money as much is possible. When we were looking around on our own the guide was chatting with the owner of one of the shops. There was one mosque and one tomb, he didn't say anything about those, but gave information about the building of the shop and tried to convince us to go in, "just look around"... everybody knows what that's mean. They took us to some farm where they make jam and "you can buy some if you want"...

The food was delicious and authentic, with generous portions of classic Greek dishes. The live music and traditional dancing created such a lively, joyful atmosphere — we couldn’t help but join in! The stunning sunset view over the island made the night even more magical. Warm hospitality and great vibes all around. Highly recommend!

Amazing trip. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The views from the hot air ballon was spectacular. Everything flowed very well and although the excursion was long it was very smooth and worth every penny.

We booked a trip to The Land of Legends through this company and they were amazing! The transfer was on time, very comfortable, and the communication was excellent throughout. Everything was organized perfectly, making the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend them for their professional and friendly service!

Booking from someone other than your travelling agency it may feel unreliable or scary for anyone. We took a risk by booking via bookfromlocals.com and it was the best thing ever. The whole experience it was absolute joy. The Buggy Safari and all the staff who facilitated us took care from the point we arrived at the destination to very end. The whole ride was well organised and safety conscious and still could get the extremes of it. After all ride, came back nothing than covered in mud, dirt and dusts and with the widest smiles on the faces. Perfect communication from anyone and thank you for making our ride even more fun.

The tour was very well organized. Me and my family had great time. We had enough time in each stop to enjoy it. Our tour guide was very helpful and friendly.

The experience in itself is Great, the staff is friendly and everything was well organized.

It was a great trip for a big group to go on, we were a family group kids and adults. Just the right length of time, good pick up good food friendly staff.

Great first experience scuba diving

Instructors were very patient and clear on what to do. Will be going for my scuba licence next!

It was a great trip, the best was rafting. Our head of the boat was very friendly. He was caring about the kids. We were well prepared, had to enter the river before boarding the boats and go in a train a couple of minutes to get used to the cold water. There were lots of splashes in the water with other boats, lots of fun with water fighting.
Kids liked the zipline.
There were magnificent mountain views to make photos of during the jeep tour.

Very relaxing, very good value

It was easy to get tickets. A simple bank payment via a WhatsApp link worked just fine. Self drive to the park is easy. But you dont get all the info.
At the park it would be nice to know where to park your car.
Use the entrance on the right hand side.
Internet bookings have to use a different counter. At the counter they could provider better information on what is included in the deal. Now we had to figure it out by ourselfs.
The slides in the park were great. The food and drinkt also great.
Good to know that money you put on your bracelet card isnt refunded afterwards if paid by card.
All and all a nice experience!
