Robin was very helpful. He helped me find a good deal that was cheaper than the rates in any other website I saw online. His service was very quick and easy. I have booked with airtripmaker before too and they have always been very helpful and reliable. I will book with them again.

I had to buy a ticket last minute. Everywhere I checked the prices were very high and then I called Bookflyus.com and I talked to Robin. He got me a price that was not available anywhere in the market ....I was at first sceptical but everything worked out just fine. I trust Bookflyus.com and highly recommend there services. I specifically recommend Robin the agent whose customer service was exceptional.

Very nice service from Mr. Ritesh and I had to cancel my ticket due to an emergency and everything was taken care of. The process was made smooth for me.

Do not trust these guys. Initially they booked my ticket for a better price than other websites. but my ticket was cancelled due to international lockdown (COVID 19). Their employee helped me change the ticket to hold status, but kept asking to pay $75 holding fee. I agreed to pay but I wanted him to come on a conference call with air line to confirm the same. I dont know if he got irritated or afraid but changed the ticket to hold status without the fee. again I was trying to change my dates to december 2020, their website was displaying a price of $999 or lower yet the employee quoted me $1099. when asked about the difference, he lied staight to my face, he said it was after taxes. But air tickets nowadays display fusion fares, which was also mentioned on their website. They were just trying to squeeze out more and more money on each conversation. This is a fraudulent business and I am going to register a complaint with federal trade commission. Please do not trust these guys.
