Never had an issue with this company. Used many times over the years without issue. They respond to emails in a sensible timescale, always been good. I can't fault them.

I had a very frustrating experience with BookCyprus.com and wouldn’t recommend using their service. I booked a hotel stay through their platform, and despite receiving a confirmation, there were major issues upon arrival. The hotel had no record of our booking, and trying to get help from BookCyprus was nearly impossible.
Customer service was not answering and unhelpful. I tried calling multiple times and sent emails, but they didn’t solve the problem.

Eventually, I had to sorted out directly with the hotel, which was very stressful and not what you expect when booking through a supposed travel platform.

I would advise others to be cautious and double check everything with the hotel directly if you choose to use this site. For me, it’s not worth the risk ,i surely won’t be using BookCyprus again

Have used this company for years, sometimes twice a year. Never had a problem with booking or cancellation of a booking. They return emails when I have contacted them regarding queries, it's my go to booking site for Cyprus and can't fault them.

I booked accommodation, paid the deposit, but no confirmation. I did it again with another payment method, the result is the same. Customer service informed me that they would refund the deposit but the booking was not valid, so I should do it again. Since then the price has gone up, but according to their information they cannot do anything about it...

Agreed with other customers: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Like them I booked a hotel for May 2020. T&C’s said full refund and no hidden fees. Bookcyprus failed to honour this when I asked for it and open a bookcyprus account in my name which they credited with the full amount. I was told that I will get the money back at the end of January 2022 unless I use the credit for booking another holiday. A few days ago, when trying to make sure the money will be refunded, I had the surprise of being told that the company will charge me £25 administration fee. I still have a copy of the T&C's from the time of booking and there is no mention of any administration fee, I have been told that the T&C's have changed since. However, the credit voucher was forced upon me and I had to wait two and a half years (I made the booking in June 2019) to get the money back. I feel like they took a loan from me and then charged me for the "privilege". Disgusted.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I booked a holiday in 2020 where the T&C’s said full refund. Book Cyprus failed to honour this and said they were keeping my refund as credit in my account and would not pay it back until the end of 2021. Now its coming to the end of 2021 they have sent me the following email. They are just using the pandemic to try and charge me for cancelling.
Unfortunately, as the situation regarding the pandemic is getting worse, further measures are currently taking place across all sectors of the economy and the societies around the world.
It is unknown when this situation will normalize and it will probably affect the refunds, which are due at the end of January 2022. According to the development of the pandemic repayment may be extended.
Therefore, in order to assist you, we would like to provide the following options with respect to your credit voucher.
OPTION A. 25% of your credit voucher will remain as credit (valid until 31/12/2024) and will be available for you to use for future bookings and the remaining 75% will be refunded back to your credit card or bank account with immediate effect.
OPTION B. 15% of your credit voucher will be withheld to cover our administration costs and the remaining 85% will be refunded back to your credit card or bank account with immediate effect.
OPTION C. You can opt to wait until the end of January 2022 for further update on the situation.
We hope that the above options and flexibility will assist you to select the best solution to suit your needs.

Avevo prenotato un soggiorno a Cipro tramite questo sito, avevo pagato un acconto di circa 300 €: il contratto sottoscritto prevedeva il saldo a pochi giorni dalla partenza e la possibilità di disdire, sempre a pochi giorni dalla partenza, con completa restituzione della caparra.

C'è stato poi il Covid e la mia partenza è stata annullata, ho fatto richiesta di rimborso nei tempi previsti, ma Bookcyprus.com ha rifiutato di attenersi a quanto sottoscritto tramite contratto e non mi ha fatto il rimborso, lasciandomi quell'acconto a disposizione come voucher per una successiva vacanza.

Nonostante le mie proteste per il mancato rispetto delle norme contrattuali, si sono tenuti i soldi.

Ora, a distanza di più di un anno, ho riorganizzato la mia vacanza a Cipro: ho prenotato online sia l'hotel, che il noleggio auto, ma ovviamente - dopo l'esperienza negativa avuta con Bookcyprus.com - ho prenotato con loro solo il noleggio dell'auto per utilizzare i 300 € che mi stavano tenendo in ostaggio da più di un anno e tutto il resto attraverso altri tour operators online.

Sono stati, oltre che disonesti, anche decisamente poco lungimiranti: se si fossero attenuti al contratto e avessero - come dovuto - restituito i miei 300 € iniziali, si sarebbero dimostrati certamente più affidabili e oggi avrei prenotato di nuovo con loro 2000 € di hotel e 300 € di noleggio auto.

Consiglio vivamente di stare alla larga da questo sito poco trasparente e assolutamente non affidabile.
