This was my second purchase from this company, and unfortunately, it will be my last.

I first found them through a Facebook ad and ordered a personalized book for my mother. I was surprised to discover that I was charged for a CD (which was supposed to include a song), but the CD was never included with my order. The book itself was also disappointing. Although I submitted several photos, the final product contained very few pictures, and the story was dry and not funny as advertised.

Despite that experience, I decided to give the company another chance and ordered a personalized book for my daughter. After placing the order, I received a notice stating that it would ship within 3–5 business days. Five business days later, I checked the order status, and it was still listed as "under production."

I tried calling customer service but could only leave a voicemail. I called again two days later and, once again, reached voicemail with no return call. After receiving no response, I contacted my Visa card company and disputed the charge.

A company that doesn't respond to customer calls or return messages is not providing acceptable customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Not happy as have been trying to contact from 2 days to remove an error in printing but no reply from them. I'm afraid I'll be receiving the book with the spelling error which will not be good as it's a gift. Not happy. Will probably raise a concern with my bank if not dealt with.
