Boohoo Arvostelua 

Wat heb ik een spijt zeg ik had echter eerst naar reviews moeten lezen van boohoo zoveel mensen met hetzelfde probleem en hoe kan het dat er hierop zo snel wordt gereageerd maar op mijn mail niet wat op jullie webshop staat bij klantenservice dit is echt niet normaal hoe moet ik contact met jullie krijgen zodat dit opgelost kan worden jullie chatbox werkt ook niet. Het gaat om een retour met bestelling nummer EU116031267 dit heb ik meegekregen van postnl:3SCDUZ40910861.

I am not ordering here again.
I decided to try some jeans as they had a sale, I ordered a light grey washed jean and a light blue washed jean. When I received the order I noticed a black jean. and a dark blue jean. I looked in my account, and saw that they looked like the pictures, but that's not what I ordered at all. When I looked up the products on Google, I found the pictures of the jeans I chose, and when I clicked on the pictures, I got sent to the jeans I received and saw in my account.

One of the jeans is cheaply made and has a really cheap look overall, and I've been trying to find a way to return it without spending the extra money for the return, but their team is not helpful at all. They see that I ordered those items, so that's what they keep repeating. It's their word against mine, and I wished I'd taken a screenshot of my order before the listings suddenly changed.

Ik zou niemand aanraden om bij hun te bestellen. Alle 8 jurken vallen klein en staat nergens vermeld dat de maten kunnen verschillen. Klein is nog zacht uitgedrukt. En dan nog zoveel bezorgkosten betalen. En nu nog eens betalen voor retour zending!! Geen goeie service!

Vanaf 17.5 mei al bezig om het geld retour terug te krijgen voor een pakketje wat retour terug gestuurd is.
De 1 na de andere smoes sturen ze.
Advies: NIET BESTELLEN DAAR

Pakketje nooit gekregen, zeker een maand op gewacht.

Won;t be ordering again ever. my last order consisted on 3 bikinis, sunglasses and a head accessory, totaling to about 50 something euro. All swimwear fits weird and needs altering and the material is super cheap. Not worth it I'd rather spend more and buy good stuff.

retour gedaan , nog steeds niet ontvangen! ondertussen al drie weken.
Ook nog steeds aant wachten op een ander pakketje die moest toekomen.

Op 23 mei 2024 heb ik mijn pakket teruggestuurd. Tot nu toe, geen reactie ontvangen en ook geen geld geretourneerd gekregen.

I am unable to return items as this company won’t send a return authority code, emailed customer service who told me to use return portal, I contacted boohoo via Facebook & was asked to supply my details including name, address & date of birth & then my bank details I supplied order number but think this is a scam phishing site

Retourenlabel kann online nicht ausgedruckt werden, kein Kundendienst vorhanden, die angegebene Email Adresse ist nicht erreichbar. Alles sehr unseriös, das per Mail zugeschickte Retourenlabel ist so undeutlich, dass DHL es nicht Einscannen kann

Ik heb mijn bestelling niet eens ontvangen na dat ik bijna 100 aan kleding heb besteld je kan ze ook niet bellen niks

Ik bestelde een donkergrijze jasje en ik ontving een lichtgrijs jasje gelijk aangegeven bij de klantenservice van boohoo. Ze zeggen dat ze niks voor mij kunnen doen omdat in de beschrijving lichtgrijs stond. Ik maak nu extra kosten om dit product te retourneren.

Again you send the wrong order of dresses, and i have never received the refund for the dress i sent back some time ago
You are in breach of taking money and not providing the goods ordered or refunding.
I would advise to stay clear of this company as trying to contact customer service or return goods is likened to an assault course.
I'm done spending anymore money with this crap company.

Retourbeleid is schandalig. Bij bestellen wordt aangegeven dat retourneren gratis is. Uiteindelijk blijkt het vanuit NL alleen tegen hoge kosten te kunnen. Op vragen via de mail wordt een standaard antwoord gegeven en op de vraag wordt niet ingegaan. Nooit meer hier bestellen en voor nu geld kwijt.

The company name is legit because you will be crying having to deal with them.

I ordered a black men’s tracksuit, some 10 days later it finally arrives (I get it, European post can be slow sometimes) so I was excited to finally get it!

I open it up… it’s a woman’s pink dress!
How can you screw up an order that badly?!

So the return saga begins.

And let me note, trying to return something with these people is like trying to get blood out of a stone.

A week of emails after emails and photos after photos I eventually get an email with a return barcode on it.

I take the return to my post office (there’s not a lot of them in the Netherlands) only for the gentleman to inform me to code has already been used so he can’t print a return sticker!
(Note: they don’t include a return sticker claiming “paper wastage” so read “if you want to return it, you can do all the leg work)

And if you look at their returns policy page, it says “we don’t have telephones” most likely because they would be ringing off the hook with complaints 24/7!

I contacted customer services and was helped by a lady named Mary, who was very helpful and sorted out my return problem in just a few minutes. Brilliant

Supersnel geleverd!

Ik heb mijn bestelling gedaan op woensdag 10 april 2024, en vandaag op donderdag 11 april 2024 is het al binnen! Alles ziet eruit als op de plaatjes. Ik ben wel blij dat ik alles in maat 40 heb besteld, want mijn normale maat 38 zou te strak zijn geweest. Boohoo, hartelijk bedankt voor de vlotte afwikkeling!

Ik bestel schoenen. Ze passen niet, dus ik wil ze terug sturen. Van te voren had ik opgezocht of retourneren gratis zou zijn, toen kwam het erop aan en opeens kostte het 6 euro. Prima. Ik wacht tot later met retourneren. De keer daarop dat ik klik op retour starten, zie ik de bestelling staan in het retourcentrum, maar kan ik er niet op klikken?? Ik heb oprecht overal en alles geprobeerd, maar ik kan dus geen retourzending starten? Dan probeer ik alles af te sluiten en opnieuw in te loggen. Opeens bestaat mijn emailadres niet meer in hun systeem? Ik heb geen account meer???? Dus nu kan ik niet meer retour sturen en ik heb nog maar 8 dagen om dit te doen. Klantenservice gemaild, maar ze reageren niet snel genoeg, natuurlijk. Dus nu moet ik gewoon 70 euro betalen voor niks. Echt zoo zonde.
