Got blocked today for spam. The only thing I did was answer guys who ghosted me, and edit my profile with no rude words. Then I saw only a blank black screen, with three sentences - You got blocked for: Spam. Appeal. Download the data. What?! I can't contact support, I can't see the reason why I was blocked. I can't even delete the profile. Horrible experience in last few weeks. It was fun in the begining but now... It's horrible.

Paid for subscription, followed the rules.
10 days later, banned for being "underage" when I am a 40 yr old with 0 kid pics.
Reading reviews, they randomly ban folks with no context, no response, and no reply to emailed concerns.
There is a "quest" to gain coins specifically about reporting another user, so I'm certain people are choosing at random.
Screw that.
It is largely females thirst trapping for likes with no intention of meeting.

I saw ads for Boo.world on social media and decided to give it a try. The initial experience was frustratingly pushy:

Within minutes of signing up and attempting to set up my profile, I was relentlessly nagged to upgrade to a subscription. I resisted, continued with profile setup, only to be nagged again with an "offer." After completing profile verification and swiping for a short while, yet another subscription prompt appeared, this time with a "major discount."

Reluctantly, I decided to pay for a subscription via Apple Pay, hoping to properly experience the app. I swiped for a bit longer, then closed the app to attend to some work.

Less than four hours after first downloading the app and moments after paying for a subscription, I reopened Boo.world only to find my account had been inexplicably banned. There were no warnings, no explanations, and no options provided other than to request a copy to download my data.

This is utterly unacceptable and feels like a complete scam. I paid for a service that was immediately revoked without any justification. Boo.world appears to be an app designed to aggressively push subscriptions, only to then ban users and withhold the paid service. I urge everyone to avoid this app. You will likely lose your money and your time.

Another dating app which is a waste of time only matches you with people abroad which I would never do keeps asking you to upgrade so you have to pay is there no genuine apps now days it's all about the money money money don't waste your time.

So on friday, I looked into the site, we started by buying coins, what's up? I want a trial pack for like a 99 cents. The next day, they tried to charge me $250. And good thing, my Cash App, caught it and blocked it. Otherwise they would have I've got away with 250 bucks and .Google i don't care about anything they don't help at all. The app was great in 2023 , till late 2024. Unfortunately, the app became too greedy for money and now has the same approach like Tinder. I got rid of my account, because now to be somewhat visible, you gotta pay lots of money.

No gamers and anime fans in the app. Poor matchings. False advertising.

Die App war früher deutlich besser. Man konnte sehen, wer einen gelikt hat und die Community war deutlich aktiver. Ich habe dort wirklich nette Leute kennengelernt.
Heute muss man fürs Sehen bezahlen und die Swipes sind massiv reduziert, die App ist super geldgeil geworden. Außerdem ist die App unglaublich verseucht mit Bots und Scammern, so ist mir das noch auf keiner anderen begegnet. Die Verifizierung ist absolut nichts wert, man landet immer bei einer chinesischen KI oder einem anderen Scammer, die einen nach kurzer Zeit von der App weglocken wollen, damit der Scam beginnen kann. Wenn man hier schon mit "Nein" antwortet, ist sofort das Match gelöscht. Kann man wirklich die Uhr nach stellen.
Alle anderen Frauen sind scheußlich (dick, Raucher, grell gefärbte Haare, etc.) und/oder inaktiv, außer mit den Bots und Scammern kommt es also zu keinerlei Interaktion.

Fazit: Bleibt bloß weg von hier. Die positiven Bewertungen in den App Stores sind auch nur Fake!

Been a month. Not a single date. A few messages... from scammers, and the rest of the matches are ONLY phillipines, kenya and indonesia, just like any other dating app/website. Literally zero matches with people from netherlands (like me). Are these netherlands profiles fake, not used in months, or what? Not a single woman from netherlands in a month, not even one "hello"??? It destroys my self esteem. And I paid 100 euro too, I think.

It's sad because at first glance it looked promising. It had a nice feature where you can make posts too. But the female posts are either completely irrelevant garbage like "do you wear mismatching socks?" or narcissist women posting photos of their cleavages for attention, they don't talk to men, their profiles are set to private, and other women who are mysandrists who will endlessly blame men.

Ok but where's the women who want to date men??? NOT KENYA INDONESIA PHILLIPINES. I have grown a sudden hate towards these 3 countries in the last months of dating sites. Sad.

I wish the police would stop being useless and go investigate these websites. It seriously destroys society. I don't want to go out in the public and harass random women. We don't have a "date women here" place. But I have no choice... my apologies, ladies. I'm a man, we're expected to make the first step. I hate this more than you ever will.

shadowbanned for no reason while scammers... a lot, even with verified profile! (who knows how they do), gold diggers and girls looking for sugardaddy from asia and south america (explicitly wrote on profile bio!) and so on are still there everyday. They get the money and deny you a service. Stay away.

Bei Boo wird auf die "Deutschen Michel" gesetzt, um sich mit hohen Abokosten zu bereichern aber wenig Gegenwert zu leisten. Ich als Mann habe herausgefunden, dass es nur ein paar Handvoll echte Profile gibt und der Rest recht offensichtlich Fake ist, um Leichtgläubige zu locken. Die Platform ist voll von Männern, aber kaum echte Frauenprofile. Der "verifizierte Profile"-Funktion vertraue ich schon lange nicht mehr.

Zuerst installiert habe ich diese App Ende 2023, einfach um mal zu sehen ob es vielleicht doch eine brauchbar Dating app gibt, und anfangs gab es auch ganze 3 Frauen mit denen ich in Kontakt treten konnte und auch mit zweien real getroffen habe, und die dritte hatte sich nie wieder gemeldet, nachdem ich nach einem Treffen gefragt hatte.

Danach ging alles sehr schnell Berg ab. Die App hat schon von Anfang an immer hin und wieder für das „Boo Infinity" Abo, nach ein paar Wochen wird die App damit richtig aufdringlich. Mittlerweile, sehe ich mit einem freien Account nicht mal mehr die Bilder der Profile die mir „Liebe" gesendet haben.

Meiner Meinung nach ist die App den Speicher auf dem Smartphone nicht wert.

Gå inte med här, dem gör reklam att här kan du hitta någon om du är introvert men det är bara ett sett att få dig att gå med och betala. Allt kostar pengar du kan inte änns se en profil utan att behöva betala. Gå inte på detta, det är en bluff sida för att lura dig som person. Du har större Shans att hitta en på puben och kostar mindre än på Boo. Har gott genom 40 dejting sidor och 98% är bara bluff.
