Not sure why there are bad reviews of this company. I use then for regularly cleaning my parents house in Liverpool, Lisa is their cleaner & she is brilliant plus just had their carpets cleaned.
Stan & Sylvia were outstanding, quick, efficient, professional. Carpets look brand new again. Absolutely delighted, recommend 100%! Will be using them again.

** THERE WOULD BE NO STARS BUT ITS NOT AN OPTION** - This company was used by my lettings agency to do a DEEP CLEAN on an apartment i had been renting out as it was left in a disgraceful state by the dirty tenant that had been living there. The job was priced at £299.00.
Firstly they didn't turn up on the day they said they would.
4 cleaners turned up , I had specifically requested a deep clean all around windows and bathroom due to black mould from the previous tenant not cleaning up.
I also asked for a deep clean on the oven and fridge.
What i got ........
Was a quick wipe of surfaces and a quick mop of the floors, the oven and fridge were both still in a dirty state and after they left.
The bathroom was not properly cleaned and there were still dirt and mould on the tile , floors and cupboard
The windows were given a quick wipe rather than a clean and black mould was still there.
I was under the impression a deep clean was that with strong cleaning chemicals used.
The cleaners had kindly left their rubbish in the hall , the bag did not contain chemical strong cleaning products, but the likes of Mr muscle. the job they did would have taken no more than an hour if that !!
Overall an appalling service , when i complained the attitude of the emails i received from this company were appalling
I would avoid at all costs.

I filled out a form on their website to request info and a quote for a deep cleaning and carpet cleaning before moving into a flat, and they replied quickly. I sent them a floor plan, pictures of the rooms, and a description of the situation in order to get an accurate quote since they did not ask to check out the flat prior to the day. I was sent a quote and a "job report" outlining the work.

The day of, the cleaners showed up and immediately said the quote had to be amended because the flat was bigger than expected. I pointed out that I sent a floor plan showing the layout of the flat and clearly indicating the size of each room in square meters but I was told the size could not be judged from the floor plan?? They said I could either pay £65 extra or they could leave, but of course by then it was too late to book another cleaning crew, so I told them to go ahead.

The cleaning itself was mostly ok but with several exceptions. Too much detergent was used on my tiled floors which means they are now sticky and full of streaks, they looked a lot better before the cleaning. The pan supports on the hob are still very sticky. No attempt was made to remove limescale anywhere even though the cleaners were on site for a few hours.

Both the quote and the "job report" I received prior to the day mentioned that all components of the oven would be put in a special decarbonating tank for cleaning, but this did not happen at all, the cleaners said that would have been a separate charge and it must have been a mistake in the quote. I emailed the office about this after the cleaners left but received no response, not even an apology!

Overall I was not happy with this company and did not feel they were trustworthy. I would not hire them again.

Booked a clean, cleaners came on site to my previous apartment at 7am as expected. Gave clear instructions on picking up keys previously.

Was called over 8 times from between 7-8am for instructions on picking up keys - kept reiterating to go to reception.

Came back to check condition, not clean. Sent pictures, called management and they came to reclean.

Reclean condition was not good at all. Provided feedback to management after via email - no follow up or response to my feedback received or any suggestion of an apology.

Disappointing having spent £190. Deposit cleaning deductions expected. Invoice will be sent to Bonus Cleaning.

Absolutely delighted with this company who I am using to help clean my parents home in Liverpool as I live in London and my parents are elderly now. Lisa does a brilliant, thorough job, intelligent, friendly lady who is an outstanding worker. All communication with Bonus has been replied to quickly & prices are great. . Recommend 110%.

Stan and team deep cleaned my flat, including steam cleaning carpets, after I moved out, dealing with ten years worth of dust behind furniture and my distincly average housekeeping. They worked wonders, particularly with the carpet, oven and bathroom tiles, and I couldn't be happier with the results. It all took only two hours as well. The whole team were professional, friendly and knowledgeable, including Will at the office. Highly recommend!

Stan came with his assistant today and cleaned my ovens. He cleaned the microwave and extractor for free. He was pleasant and they just cracked on leaving the oven looking like new.

I can't praise this company enough. They turned up at 8am the next day after my enquiry, to scrub a kitchen and bathroom from very nasty smoke deposits after a fire. Stan and the young lady with him achieved amazing results in 4 hours. They scrubbed the walls and ceilings, all cupboards, inside and outside and the washer, cooker and fridge. They apologised for not being able to remove the soot stains, from the walls and ceiling but this was never going to happen without painting. My family were so relieved to have the trama dealt with so quickly and it was left ready for painting. Everyone I dealt with was extremely polite and professional. The cost was £200 cheaper than I was quoted elsewhere. I would highly recommend this business

We used Bonus Cleaning for an end of tenancy clean and carpet steam clean and they did a great job. They are really responsive by email. The landlord complained about some of the windows and the cleaners came back to clean straightaway, and it wasn't even the cleaners' fault as we didn't provide a ladder to reach the windows. We didn't have any money deducted from our security deposit due to cleanliness. Recommend their services for end of tenancy cleaning. Very reasonably priced.

I contacted Bonus cleaning to clean 6 apartment skylights and frames internal and external and one large window.
They did an excellent job. The window cleaner was professional, polite and friendly. He asked me to check each window in each room after he had cleaned them to make sure I was perfectly happy with his work. He took great pride in doing an excellent job, The price quoted was very competitive,
