BON PERGOLA Arvostelua

The website says simple to assemble. Not a chance the directions are awful. ( I showed them to several people helping me and all agreed)
They say you can contact them for help but numerous time I sent text and emails with pictures and questions. Nobody ever returned text or email. So I ended up putting louvers in wrong after sending a photo of a couple in asking if correct and no response.
Do not count on the directions nor the company to answer your questions. Spent over $ 15,000 I expected much better help and communication Finally I just gave up on them

Product exceeded our expectations for quality, workmanship, functionality and is very appealing.

Bon Pergola's CS is the finest. as a contractor, it is essential for us to work with a company that supports their product. we had a product issue and after troubleshooting, they sent us the new part which resolved the issue. the Pergola is well constructed and worth the investment.

Enjoyed working with the Irvine team. They were responsive and very accommodating when I visited the warehouse multiple times to view the display models. They helped me load my car with the parts once we decided to move forward. Their team assembled the shed in two hours and we're thrilled with the product.

Great customer service Kimber’s team and super installer team Alex. Quality and excellent products. Wonderful warranty. We love everything about Bon pergola

Bon Pergola replaced my screens when the wind broke them. No problems and no hassles. Great customer service.

Personalized service! Thank you.

All delivered efficiently, timely and without damage or missing components.

Bon Pergola stands out for its solid build, clean modern design, and integrated features like motorized louvers and smart controls that make the space usable in almost any weather.
What really makes the difference, though, is the company itself responsive, supportive, and willing to stick with you through issues and make things right. That combination of quality product and strong customer support is what people remember most.

Such an awesome company! They truly exceeded expectations on the quality of the pergola! Customer service and delivery was a breeze! Highly recommend!

Great service. Beautifully designed. Only issue was glass doors where shipped instructions differ from online instructions. My installer used the packaged instructions which causes the doors and frames to be reversed. That means locking mechanisms are on the outside, not inside the Pergola. We now must rotate the doors and frames 180 degrees. Still love it however!

It was easy to: order, modify, schedule delivery and it came with all the parts. The pergola looks amazing and the lights and louvres work. I had a two handy and knowledgeable people put it together in one day!

Great communication and assistance from the beginning! Can’t wait to get started!!!

Installation instructions were spot on. Every component was used, nothing left over. It is now much easier and comfortable to sit in our backyard on our newer patio without overheating in the middle of the day.

The service was excellent with Bon Pergola, and they were very patient with us on the different options. They also worked with us on the shipping date, even when we had to reschedule. They answer questions on the phone or through text very quickly, which made the whole experience easier.

This company strives to make things perfect. Any shipping error has been immediately rectified.

We like the storage shed and we were able to assemble it in a single day. It would help if the English plans were more detailed. Without the larger and more detailed Japanese plans and the video we would have had some issues. The English plans only printed on one page and we couldn’t enlarge them for printing.

David helped us with our barrage of questions and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We had called other places for quotes and even if we were able to get a better price we still would have chosen Bon just from the simple fact that they are so informative and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. No AI here! 😊 And very happy with our pergola.

Ordered over the phone from Ohio. Receptive informative staff. Answered any and all questions and gave accurate and complete delivery information.
Pergola arrived on time just as described and was in great condition.
Our landscape crew completed installation in two days and it's absolutely beautiful and adds value and shade to our small patio home.
