We are a record shop specialized in all kind of music items. Here you will find different media formats like Cd, Cd-single, Dvd, vinyl, audio tapes, video tapes and other formats from different music genres released trough the years. This catalogue is the result of digging in the last 30 years and is now available for all. Most of the items are available in limited quantity or single unity because they are rare or old releases (like the 1st pressings). Our stock has new and used items with media and cover condition described according goldmine grading standards.

I ordered a record 10 days ago and…

I ordered a record 10 days ago and still waiting , there's been no correspondence and no tracking information?? Don't know what to do and I'm £15 down .

Vinyl come and was in really poor…

Vinyl come and was in really poor condition but was listed as very good. I bought this to be signed which obviously I couldn’t do with it.

Wouldn't refund or replace. Wouldn’t recommend and wont order from again.

Solo porpuse of say Bad! We admit a posiible missgrade but not in the buyer terms. Proposed a partial refund of the item value and a full refund after return us the item. The answer was "I will not use or recommend your company to the other businesses"

Fantastic seller

This is not the first purchade i made with bong record. allways kind and quick and the products are very good.
I will continue to check first bong records whenever i need a record to my collection

record is not usable

record is not usable, they said there were pops but it's a big scratch and I can not use it in my set.

Prefer say bad prior to contact us! We sent you a message of 3 pops when playing and downgraded the condition and you agreed in shipment. We are still open for eventual refund if you contact us and do a fair review.
