I’ve requested a refund on shoes that I purchased from Bomre over a month ago. I provided my return receipt within the time frame and still haven’t received my refund. This company is not responding back and has awful customer service!

I ordered two "puffer" jackets from Bomre.com and when they arrived, they looked like black barbage bags... extremely thin and way too small.

In order to return for a refund you'll need to send an email to their info email address, which needs to be approved on their end. I have sent multiple emails - with no response as of yet. I called the number listed, which is directed to a voicemail (not stating the company). Extremely disappointing on quality and service.

It's been a month and still haven't received any information or my order. I can't track the items, even when filling out the track order section. I can't get anyone on the phone. So far I feel like I've been scammed. Don't recommend shopping here.

Only got 1 star because I had to do so in order to warn other’s not to purchase from this company. Total scam!! Shoes look cheap and smell so bad of toxins. So strong I had to zip out back up and put back in bag. Customer service is a joke. Don’t waste your time or money!!

Ordered 2 pullover jackets. They did not look like images on website. Orange one specifically looked very poor quality & arrived damaged (cuff snap broken).
I requested a return for full refund. 2 wks of emails (which are very inconsistent and drawn out)- they keep offering different deals to keep products for partial refund. Ive been clear from 1st email for refund/return and still dont have confirmation to return.
Poor product quality & poor customer service. Do not waste your $$ on them.

THIS company is fraudulent. They took my money, sent me the wrong product and then refused a return.

Absolutely terrible. They took almost a month to arrive & the size is mislabeled. The shoed are 2 sizes too small & very cheaply made. Horrid. I should have checked the reviews before ordering like you hopefully are.

Quality of shoes were laughable and return policy is not easy. They keep trying to get you to keep the product with 10-20% back.

Worst company I’ve ever experienced they’re such scammers it’s insane. So I bought what was supposed to be a nice looking jacket for $60, not to mention it took weeks to get here and it came from china. The jacket looked nothing like the photo, it was toxic and made me itch and was not a large it was like a XS no joke and had no tag and was thin like paper which I would feel warmer wearing a t shirt in. I requested a refund and they said they’d give me 10% back if I return it which is only $6 and would make me pay for shipping which is $10. So I am losing even more money just to give them their shit product back… This place is horrible I can’t believe companies like this pop up so quickly when looking for clothes online, they should be shut down and I don’t know why they’re still around they’re a joke.

Omg I went ahead and ordered cute looking shoes from Bomre in spite of bad reviews. Of course it was a mistake. The shoes were so crummy! Supposed to be suede...does suede wrinkle? Flimsy material. They came in a plastic bag like a Dollar Tree purchase but cost $50. I fought with this company to give a full refund for a week. Since they are not in America they replied in the middle of the night and refused to give a full refund. Their policy is to charge shipping for returns but thought they might want to satisfy a very disappointed customer but nope! I was offered 30% refund to keep them. I would be embarrassed to even donate. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BOMRE!!! Paying for the return. I want them gone!

I would give them a negative rating if I could. The quality of clothes and shoes that I received was a joke. They actually smelled like chemical waste that left a residue on my hands. The customer service is nonexistent, the only saving grace is that I paid with my American Express card. They are helping to resolve this and hopefully get a refund. My advice don’t ever buy from them!

I also wish I would've read reviews before purchasing. Item looked NOTHING like it did online. Very poor customer service. Huge regret. Such a waste of money.

I wish I would have read the reviews. I would have given Zero stars but that was not a choice. Bought a pair of "orthotic" shoes and they were made of...drum roll please.... "felt".... like from a pool table!$#@ and with no "orthotic" to the shoe what-so-ever! Then they were glued together with what smelled like cement glue! Very toxic smelling! What a joke!!! Nothing like the picture, then they had the audacity to sell them for $50ish dollars. Given the choice, I would not pay a $1 for these from the dollar store!!! After reading the review, I doubt I will get my money back. These shoes were beyond cheap, worse then that cheap TEMU stuff!

Should have read the reviews before purchasing. Was supposed to be orthopedic foot beds but was cheap plastic. Tops shoes were made of felt and cheap plastic. Sizes were off. Soooo bad!!!!! Stay away from Bomre… and SHOP why are they on your platform

Item took a long time to arrive and then when it did- oh my gosh the quality is so bad it's hard to describe. Looked nothing like the picture and there wasn't even a label in it!! Yikes! Wish I had read reviews before I ordered but PLEASE save your money and don't order from this company...

Wish I had done research on this site before making purchase. Scam totally describes this company, they got me. Beyond cheap items that look nothing like the photo/description. Bought 2 pairs of shoes and a sweater. The shoes I ordered in a size 12 in women were actually probably a 9, and were beyond cheap. The sweater was paper thin and cheap as cheap can get. They need to be shut down. Learned my lesson, what a joke.

Total scam! They sent me the wrong items (not what I ordered). Then they charged me for return shipping and didn’t issue me a refund. I’m disputing the charge with my bank.

Wish I would’ve found these reviews before making my purchase. When I purchased my sweater it said next day shipping. Then I got a email that said it takes 1-4 days to process then another 7-10 days to ship. When clicking on the summary of the order, the items shipped from Shopify which is located in China.

Canceled the order, then the next day shipping info is sent. They reply hours later saying they’re unable to cancel the order due to it already being shipped. Complete scam. No wonder they take the reviews off of their items in their online store. It’s a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

If I could give them zero stars I would !ordered shoes almost a month ago and still haven’t gotten them - I’ve gotten absolutely no help from customer service at all ! Beware ! Don’t make the same mistake we did - I wish I looked at their reviews before spending 100$ on these shoes and I’m still not even sure how the quality is
