This company is definitely a scam. Product says it was delivered. Never received anything. Placed order way over a month ago. Nothing. Sent many emails, no response. No phone number to call anyone. Took my money the day I placed order. Definitely not a good company.

Was sent email notification that my order shipped 2-8-26. It has yet to arrive. Contacted company 4 times given fake tracking numbers or the option to purchase an app to do what should be done by the company. This company doesn't exist and doesn't even deserve one star. Will contact Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division.

After several emails-several months waiting-customer service number disconnected- received an item that’s extremely poor quality-flimsy nothing like the advertised item- it’s a SCAM!!!-return address was from Mary /los Angeles California-Scam

Hello I made an order since March 6 2026 and today is March 23 I still haven’t received my order that is paid for. I’ve done sent several emails and they won’t answer them. I want my money back. They’ll never get my business again

I ordered from this company and never heard back from them. I tried to call them and the phone number is disconnected. I had to go to my PayPal account and dispute the charges. And even there I did not get a full refund. They withheld the shipping charges. Avoid this company.

Took three months to recieve order. No response to multiple emails sent for update. Once recieved, sent sizes I did not order. I ordered small, they sent me Large. There is no return information and they do not respond to emails and I get voice mail which they do not respond to. Do not order from them. This is very much a giant RIPOFF. No way to get my money back.

The bra I ordered is way too small. I went on the site to see how to get a refund and there isn't info about how to contact them except a phone number that is disconnected. It took over a month for this bra to arrive and now I can't even figure out how to return it.

It's been a month and I have not received my order. I try emailing them several times and did not get a response. The phone number that they have on their site is out of order. At this time I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I believe this merchant, to be a scam.

I was charged $46 on my credit card. I was notified that package was shipped, it has never arrived. Be careful of shopping sites that don’t allow you to pay with certain platforms, or switch pay platform mid order. This is a scam!

I placed order Feb 9 received tracking number Feb 18 that did not work. Postal service I never heard of they wanted me to purchase an app to track merchandise! Sent numerous emails requesting refund or merchandise. I sent email stating I reporting this as fraud. Their response was another fake tracking number. I reported this as FRAUD for my refund! this a SCAM WEBSITE needs to be taken down!

I have emailed them numerous times about my order and no reply. I’ve tried calling the number but it’s no longer in service. They did send an email asking how I liked my bonbons but I have never received them. I spent 79.00 and they were quick at taking it out of my account but now I can’t even get a response on where my order is or anything. I’m very upset and frustrated

I am in the same boat as everyone else here…should have read the reviews before ordering..tracking # not found, product didn’t arrive..company even has the nerve to send you an email asking how you are enjoying the order you never received…like others I have asked for a refund which I presume I will never see…stupid me!

Do not buy from these people they are Chinese scammers

I have received my whole orders with wrong color and/or wrong size. I have also received many items where the stickers have been removed, maybe to hide the size!
The Bras were XL instead of M, leggings S and not M, etc...some items were not like the model ordered and one set missing.
I was never been able to reship the parcel, because they ignored my emails.
I have asked Paypal in order to be refund, with all proofs and photos, and they decided to support this fraudulent cie!!!

Everything said by trustpilot is true. It’s a scam! I paid and never got anything. No customer service number to call. They don’t answer emails.

Should have read the reviews before I purchased! First thing, was that it took two months to receive the one bra that I ordered. Then, the bra did not deliver what it promised in advertising. In fact, when I tried it on, I was ready to put it on one of the "TEMU FAILS!" video! Don't waste your money like I did!

THERE IS NO RETURN ADDRESS, NO TELEPHONE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE PRODUCT IS POORLY MADE AND THE SIZES ARE NOT WESTERN BASED. YOU WILL LOOSE ALL YOUR MONEY. IT IS A SCAM, TRULY A SCAM.

SCAM they steal your money and give you fake tracking numbers.

Company doesn't respond to emails, the phone number doesn't exist when I called it's disconnected, must be scammers getting people money and not sending the merchandise, I ordered on 3/10/2026 and never received email with any tracking numbers or confirmation, will be reporting this company to the CFPB, BBB and attorney general office and complain about everything.
