Bold Arvostelua

Alex at Bold is absolutely fantastic - consistent, responsive and always collaboratively produces work that is of a high-standard.

She is quick to suggest solutions when I've fired over emails wanting to make improvements to our website/customer experience - and then implements them efficiently with the team - always communicating in a really friendly and open way.

I've only been with their client for 6 months, but in that short time she's helped in so many ways. Thank you!

It was an absolute delight working with Bold, in particular Alex and Louisa. They really helped bring our vision to life and nothing was too much trouble. Even after the website has gone live, I have a guiding hand helping me at every stage. Would highly recommend them :)

Bold did a fantastic job designing and building our new website at Axiōma.

From the beginning, they understood the challenge: we didn’t just want a nice-looking site – we wanted something that clearly reflected our positioning and the way we work with founders and technical teams.

The team was thoughtful, responsive, and very easy to collaborate with throughout the process. They were open to feedback, quick to iterate, and consistently focused on getting the details right.

Really enjoyable team to work with and we’re very happy with the result.

Did our rebrand 5 years ago which we were very happy with.
Always very quick to respond to requests, friendly team and very patient.
Would recommend if you want a website built with a company that will look after you in the long term.

We’ve worked with Alex and the team at Bold on a brand refresh and new website and they’ve exceeded our expectations at every touchpoint. They’ve been refreshingly easy to work with, always responsive (within minutes, if not hours and always less than a day), and have made what can often be a long and drawn out process, smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Their ability to listen and deliver great work first time round really sets them apart, and I’d highly recommend them for their services, as well as a great business partner to work with.

The customer service is exceptional, always receive quick and thorough responses from Alex with follow ups and resolutions to my queries. Louisa is also very responsive and helpful. Overall a great service.

Sites have always been of great quality and ongoing support is spot on.

We are currently working with this team on an ongoing project and they continue to go above and beyond in every aspect of their work. They are an absolute pleasure to work with and consistently demonstrate professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Alongside the main project, we asked them to deliver a separate piece of work within a very short space of time and under a super tight deadline. They stepped up immediately and successfully got everything over the line without compromising on quality.

We are extremely impressed with their commitment and flexibility and are continuing to build a strong working partnership with them. Alex is and continues to be a delight to work with. We highly recommend them

Working with Bold has been a great experience. Very supportive, accommodating and on the ball! They really helped in coming up with some great ideas and designs to make our website look amazing. I highly recommend Tom, Louisa and the team for anyone looking for a new website!

We really valued collaborating with Bold on our website. They worked closely with us to shape a design that reflects our identity and goals. Their creativity made the process smooth and the end result is a site we’re proud to share.

I've not worked with the Bold team for long, but the service I have experienced relating to an integration with our CRM provider and recent technical support therein has been excellent. Alex, Phoebe and the team are super helpful, quick with the updates and solutions. Thank you for the service you provide.

I worked with this company to help with creating the website for my company, this was a project I've inherited when I joined my company. Alex made the whole project a lot smoother and the development team took on feedback well and actioned it quickly

Working with Bold was a fantastic experience. Tom, Alex, Louisa and the team are super responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely care about getting things right.

The whole web design/development process was smooth, we’ve had great feedback from customers, and we’re already seeing results in our analytics and conversions.

Highly recommend if you want a creative partner who understands the staffing & recruitment industry and delivers high-quality work.

Really pleased with our company website and ongoing service. It's intuitive, easy to manage and perfectly fits our recruitment needs. Any changes that we cant make on our end are always actioned quickly as communications from Bold is always clear, concise and informative.

Really happy with our website and branding. Updates to our website are made accurately and efficiently. Ongoing support is brilliant and would highly recommend Tom and his team.

We've been a long term customer and I've always found the team to be responsive, flexible and always able to solve challenges or development ideas.

Altius Talent Website.

We’re absolutely delighted with our new website.

We came to Bold Group with an already strong brand identity but needed a partner who could translate it into a seamless digital experience.

Bold really carried our branding through every corner of the site and elevated it with a fresh, modern feel.

Throughout the project we worked closely with Alex as our Project Manager, who kept everything on track and handled every adjustment with professionalism. Tom’s work on the intricate design elements deserves a special mention – the visuals are stunning and perfectly aligned with our industry.

We did have to readjust parts of the project as our needs evolved, and the team took that in stride and guided us through the changes without drama.

The end product is fantastic. Since launch our applications have increased massively, the site is actively being found by our market, and we’ve had compliments from clients, candidates and even competitors in the recruiting space.

We are now looking to use Bold for our latest business division’s website, which shows how good they are!

Overall, we highly recommend Bold Group to anyone looking for a creative agency that actually listens, adapts and delivers results.

Love working with Tom and the team at Bold. They designed our website when we started our business in 2017 and have been super responsive with all tweaks and amendments to it ever since. If you are a recruitment business, don't go anywhere else!

Bold are great! Always on the ball and have helped us successfully for a number of years. They work closely in partnership with you, making sure you are 100% happy before going live. Great team, great company!

We’ve been working with Bold for 4 years now and have built a fantastic working relationship throughout that time. They have supported us through a complete website rebrand as well as multiple integrations, always being accommodating and responsive to our needs. They are a pleasure to work with, and would highly recommend their services.
