Boiler Upgrade Arvostelua

We recently had D Whittle Plumbing and Heating (Boiler Upgrade Ltd) move our boiler from our Kitchen to our spare room along with installing a new hot water cylinder.

From the initial viewing appointment Declan was extremely professional and explained the process in easy to understand terms and listened to our requirements. His quote via an online service was competitive and itemised all parts being installed. Once the quote was accepted he provided us with a date for the install to take place. Our regular electrician was unable to attend on the days that Declan was attending so he was able to contact an electrician on our behalf and arrange for him to attend.

The installation could not have gone any more smoothly than it did and we are extremely pleased with the result. All of the plumbing was done in crimp fittings (no solder) and is as neat as can be. Payment at the end was made by bank transfer and upon confirmation we received our gas safe certificate and warranty for our new cylinder via email.

Declan is fastidiously neat and tidy, well mannered and polite and as a result of his workmanship we have requested that he carry out our annual boiler services.

We would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Declan did a great job replacing our boiler and all radiators. He was really prompt in coming out to quote and then actually sending the quote afterwards (not always a given with tradesmen!). Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Declan is reliable and always provides an excellent service. We couldn’t recommend him enough. He has previously serviced our boiler, installed a radiator and carried out all the plumbing work on our new kitchen.

I had a water cylinder upgrade which improved my water pressure 100% and a whole bathroom refit. Declan was informative about choices and provided suggestions based on experience. He sorts the whole project including skip, electrics, plastering, tiling and I absolutely love my new bathroom and excellent water pressure. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use in the future

Always an excellent service from Declan who has undertaken various jobs for me over the the last few years, in two properties, including a small job of fixing a leaking radiator and the huge job of transforming my bathroom, including arranging plastering, tiling and electrics. Declan is a very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly young man who I highly recommended.

Very prompt and efficient, very helpful with last minute problems
Always clean and tidy and keen to find a solution

Had a new boiler and radiators installed including relocating the boiler. Great job very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend their services

Excellent! Very professional and efficient install of all plumbing items in my new kitchen, including rerouting pipes and drains. Would highly recommend Declan without any hesitation.

They came in person and on time. Did a pressure water check. Explained it fully to us. If all the staff is efficient as the person we had then the company is a pleasure to deal with.

From initial contact Declan explained clearly what was required and in layman's terms. Alternatives were discussed and his opinions were so so helpful to make a final decision. Work was carried out in a timely fashion and to a high quality. Thank you and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent Service and price
Fitted a new kitchen tap in less than an hour with NO MESS

Declan offered quick and easy solution to replacing a tenants old gas boiler. Sent a quote within a few hours of a visit and managed to book replacement in quickly. Tenants happy with work carried out and are delighted with efficiency of new boiler.

From quotation to completion the upgrade of our en suite was carried out very professionally and with minimum disruption. We were kept updated by Declan and his team throughout the process of what and who to expect and at what time. Standard of work is excellent. At the end of the day’s work everything was left neat and tidy. All the waste was taken away, so no need for a skip.
Even given Easter also fell in the middle of the work it caused us minimum inconvenience.

Highly recommended!

Patricia

Great service from getting the quote all the way through to the installation and then sorting out the manufacturer warranty. Can't fault them.

Very efficient service & was able to fit my elderly mother in at very short notice when she needed a new boiler .
Minimal disruption to household & good suggestions as to how it could be fitted.

Recently had Boiler Upgrade come to service my combi boiler. The engineer was friendly and efficient - I would recommend to a friend for certain!
