I purchased a white maxi dress for $70. It shipped from China. It arrived with a huge hole in the front! The material was super cheap and sewn incorrectly around the waist. I emailed the company twice and never received a response. I took the package to UPS to ship back and they said the address (noted on their website) didn’t exist. I reported to my credit card company in hopes they will do something! I believe this is a Chinese company pretending to be a “family owned” company from Nevada. All photos are AI generated. It’s a complete scam! Why are we allowing this to happen in our country? Why has this website not been banned?Report your experience to the FTC!

Horrible customer service from the start both items were damaged and the return policy is non existent. Their return policy is store credit.

Ordered 3 of the same oversized T's. Two were XXL the third was absolutely a small or extra small. was not an XXL. Tried to email and nothing. Just exchanged online and now cannot seem to find out how to return the one that is the wrong size. I do online ordering all the time but Won't be ordering from Boho again. Shouldn't be this much trouble to return and get a refund.

If there was a -5, that would be the rating I would give. How dare this company not accept refunds and only give store credit. This should’ve been the first red flag. Other item never came even though it says it was delivered. Zero Customer Service. Zero person to talk to. Zero answering emails. Beware of this “company“. This is a scam and fake. I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. I am kicking myself.

The product looks cheap and definitely not as described. Way too small. Also, if I have to pay for international shipping it will not be worth it. Already paid AUD$89 and will never buy anything from boho again. Very disappointed as $89 down the drain!!! Do not bjuy anything from this company

CHINESE DROP SHIPPING Company - Absolute GARBAGE "clothing" - so small, they MIGHT fit a toddler. Quality - I wouldn't even donate these, I'd burn them. Takes weeks to arrive and comes in cheap Chinese plastic bags - no labels or tags on clothing, just extremely STRONG smelling chemicals. They sent the wrong items, and then random items showed up a month later. When you try to return the clothes (if you can get someone to reply to your email - forget about their phone number where you can only leave a voicemail - ha they will NEVER call you) they say you have to pay for shipping. REPORT THEM TO YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY - they are a TOTAL fraud. AND they will not post your 1 star review to their website, it's all monitored and must be "approved" first. TOTAL CRAP.
If you DO get a return label, when you return the items they send you an email claiming they are NOT THEIR CLOTHING, you will not be refunded, and they "return to sender" the package! Yes - they mailed me back their crap "clothing". WHAT A SCAM - America, shut this shit down!

This company sells really bad clothing. The clothes are nothing like they look on their website. Terrible fabric, bad sizing. They don’t do full refunds, so you’re stuck buying another piece of crappy. Do not buy from this company.

I wish I would have read the reviews first. They make it look like you're ordering from Nevada but the package is from China. Then, the shorts I ordered are way to small. I ordered a size 12 but its more like a 3 and it looks nothing like the picture. What's worse is, they won't give me my money back, all I get is store credit so I can order more China crap clothes. The shorts smell like chemicals too. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Have bought a beautiful white blouse and grey button down long sleeved t shirt from Boho Beach Hut and thrilled with purchases both lovely material and beautifully made unlike so.manybof my online purchases,,! A very good return service too and bought another white blouse for daughter who super fussy with clothes and loves it too. Great value and lovely clothing,,!

I ordered an item that was flimsily made and too large. They do not refund your money, only give you store credit. I ordered two replacement items, which seem OK, but have a $10 store credit. Everything they sell is priced at $40 and up, so I suppose I'll never see my $10. I won't buy from them again.

I ordered a “cotton-rayon blend” skirt for the “discounted” price of $60. I received what felt like a polyester skirt …with no tags to indicate size or material that was MAYBE worth $12.
Only option was to return for credit…but after feeling the material, I knew there was absolutely nothing I wanted from this store. I’m now out $60+ shipping for a cheap and shoddy skirt I’ll never wear.

No stars! Such a disappointment. Cheap materials, horrible stitching. Do not buy from here. No return policy, store credit only. Who would want more credit for this trash. Part of their return policy requires tags still on! It didn’t come with them. They also make you pay for you return shipping. Stay away!

The products are SO CHEAP with a big ticket price! You can not return with refunding your money. STORE CREDIT ONLY! PRODUCTS are GARBAGE! WHY would you want store credit? I want my money back, big ticket.

Not as pictured, 100% plastic cheap feel, and awful fit! They come from China and when you try and make a return on their website they will only let you exchange. They’re awful! Don’t shop there!!!

Received a beach cover up and when I went to try it on the tie snapped off immediately. Just cheap quality for $60 so I requested a return. It took them multiple days to “approve” my return. On top of that they made me pay to return it. I had requested a refund on the original return form so was expecting it to show up on my card. Instead I received an email with a gift card to their crappy store. Seriously? So not only did I have to pay to return it but I also couldn’t get my money back for something that was their fault. You have to notify them of an issue within 3 days of receiving an order apparently. Terrible brand with cheap clothing. Avoid at all costs!

Quality is horrible! Again, I should have read the return policy before purchasing from an unknown!!!!! This is totally my fault! No refunds - only store credits or exchanges! I notified them that I wanted to return the products that I purchased and the return was approved. I decided that because of the poor quality, I didn’t want to exchange for anything else from their site because of this experience, nor did I want a credit because I won’t be buying from them again! I had packaged the items up to send back, then thought: I’ve got some boxes going to Goodwill. I’d be better served giving them away. That way I know what I’ll get back in return! Beware of this company!!!!

Material was laughably bad. Guess what? No refunds. Store credit only. They then require you to print out the confirmation email, return code, and send back at your cost for STORE CREDIT ONLY. I’m out the money. I returned the items but I prefer not to wear clothing that smells like chemicals. I should have looked, they only publish 32% of their reviews so obviously they edit out the bad ones. Shady company.
